This is our second vehicle from Honda Cars of Bellevue. We bought a new Honda Pilot in 2006. A CRV Hybrid had just came on the lot. He set up my cell and said to call him with any questions or concerns (or to come back and go through anything again). He made us feel very comfortable and was so patient and kind. They were very friendly, made us feel right at home. We were early for our appointment, but Terri got us right in!
