I had an amazing experience at Honda cars of Bellevue! I went looking for a specific car in mind but that didn't work out for me. Everyone was extremely helpful from the first inquiry I made on their website so that when I came in I knew who to speak with in person. Car and financing terminology was made understandable and they made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I did not feel that I was getting worked over as it can feel many times for a woman at a car dealership. In any event, after buying the car, I was called back because they found another bank that would provide me with a better financing package. Very honest people, so I would strongly recommend purchasing a car at Honda cars of Bellevue. Someone recommended I go there to look for a new car and I am happy that I took their advice!!! More
I have bought cars from Honda in Bellevue and have had great luck with them. When I have had anything done on the cars the employees were friendly, explained what the problem was and what would be done an great luck with them. Beware, high pressure sales tactics and manipulation...especially when they want to meet their monthly quotas. They try to put us in a car that was not exactly what we wanted but keving di manipulation...especially when they want to meet their monthly quotas. He was not only dealing with me, but my parents and my 10 year old! Very hospitable. He even went out of his way when he heard we were going to have to stop and buy balloons as part of b-day present and offered to give us colorful helium filled balloons! Honda Cars of Bellevue puts every effort in their hospitality and service to their customers. They even made my 10 year old feel like she was part of the business transaction! In Sept.2010, we started looking for a specific used CRV which we hoped to find @ Honda Cars of Bellevue. They did have 3 or 4 to choose from, all certified, but unfortunately none were totally equipped wit which we hoped to find @ Honda Cars of Bellevue. They did have 3 or 4 to choose from, all certified, but unfortunately none were totally equipped with the accessories we wanted. Our salesman, Robert, was very patient and did his best to find exactly what we wanted, but in the meantime we traded for a 2006 CRV at another dealership in another town. Having driven that vehicle for these past 3 months, we realized what a fine car the CRV is and so we contacted Robert again and he told us of a 2009 Certified CRV they had. Obviously, he persuaded us to come and take a test drive and it was just the right incentive to get us interested in trading our Chrysler for a second CRV. It did require a certain amount of negotiating before a price difference was reached, but we did get the CRV we wanted with all the bells and whistles. During our time at the dealership we met a number of their salespeople as we wandered around looking at showroom models while our salesman was busy trying to get approval of the price difference with the manager. All of the personnel were very courteous, friendly and helpful in answering any questions we might have re: Hondas in general. We are very happy having two Hondas in our garage and will definitely look forward to servicing them at this dealership. More
I leased a CR-V in April of 2007 and it proved to be a very reliable vehicle. I had already made the decision to get another Honda when the lease was completed. In the intervening years the service department handled all of my maintenance and each time I was treated with coutesy and respect. Since May of this year I had received a number of emails from Honda Cars of Bellevue offering to buy out my lease but I was n ot in a position to take advantage of it. Recently Rob, the Sales Manager, called me and concerning this same offer. Although I was not really thinking of replacing the CR-V just yet I decided I would take him up on the offer to test drive some of new 2011 products. From the moment I entered the dealership the friendly and experienced staff made sure that my needs were being met. I met with Rob and talked about the types of vehicles I wanted to test drive. At this point I was thinking of moving up to the Pilot but when Rob saw that I had some medical problems, I walk with a cane, he suggested I first try the new Odyssey. I accepted the offer and that was when Kevin Maun entered the picture. After driving the van I knew that was the vehicle thatg was best for me b ut I still uncertain about actually replacing the CR-V at this time. Rob, Kevin and the finance people really went to work and my wife and I left that evening without making the switch. That was when the staff at Honda Cars of Bellevue really went to work. Kevin called twice the next day. I did not take his first call because I did not think they would meet my particular circumstances and allow me to get the van I needed. His second call was one of excitement on his part (you could tell by the sound of his voice)as he said that they were able to meet my requirements in total. Without a few short hours (I had to wait for my wife to finish working)the deal was completed ad we drove home in the new Odyssey. Rob, being the jokester he could be at times, called again the next day and asked if I was intgerested in having the lease bought out. My response was I doubted if even he could come up with a better deal More
