I had never driven a Honda until I visited Honda cars of Bellevue. I am very impressed with the honda car but so much more with the people I dealt with. I have had really negative experiences with other dealers (will leave their name out but what rhymes with: Woodhouse Ford or what rhymes with Atchley Ford) I was treated so very well it was unbelieveable due to past times with the other dealers. Elizabeth is not one of the best she IS The Best! I felt not only like family but like her friend. She is very knowledgeable, has empathy, she is kind, quirky and funny also! She more than exceeded my expectations, she went above and beyond! YCCOM Elizabeth! You can count on Elizabeth thats for sure! She was not only an honest buddy but she treated me (and us) with the highest respect. I appreciate you Elizabeth like you have no idea how much. Having done my own research on various new cars (including what to expect on final prices) and liking the looks of the 2011 CRV, I then talked with about 6-8 CRV owners to get their opinions about (including what to expect on final prices) and liking the looks of the 2011 CRV, I then talked with about 6-8 CRV owners to get their opinions about their cars. Their responses were consistently very positive about this make and model. No one had a negative thing to say. A member of my family had purchased and leased cars from Honda Cars of Bellevue and recommended that I talk with Rob Rodriguez, the Sales Manager. Rob subsequently lined me up with Tony Sorensen, their sales consultant. Walking in, I knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the color and approximate price. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly and I felt that I was being treated fairly. I did not feel pressured and overall I was comfortable with the interactions. The whole process went smoothly and took very little time. In the end, I was very satisfied with the agreed upon price. Tony Hill, the dealership's finance professional, handled the final paperwork. He too was easy to work with and we got through that process quickly as well. When I picked up the new car, Tony Sorensen spent as much time as needed in answering my questions about the specifics of operating the car. Car shopping usually is very stressful for me, but this was my best experience so far. More

Buying any car is a stressful decision but Gary helped us find a good fit for our needs.
