We traded in two cars for one new 2011 Honda CR-V EX. Tony was our salesperson, he was very professional, competent and friendly. Tari was our financial service person. She went over available extended warranties and was not pushing when we declined them. She made the financing part of our new car very pleasant. I have a 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan purchased at Honda Cars of Bellevue. This past round of service for an oil change, tire rotation, fixing a small air leak on one of the tires and a front end alignment was completed in a timely fashion, there were some delays due to issues that were found on the minivan but the service advisor Jack kept me informed. The service department is clean, they have a great waiting room, I love how the vehicle gets a courtesy car wash. Honda has excellent vehicles, and the Honda Cars of Bellevue strives to maintain an excellence in the service provided to customers. I would not hesistate to purchase a vehicle from this delearship and I always plan to have my vehicles service at this delearship. More

I had never driven a Honda until I visited Honda cars of Bellevue. I am very impressed with the honda car but so much more with the people I dealt with. Elizabeth is not one of the best she IS The Best! I felt not only like family but like her friend. She is very knowledgeable, has empathy, she is kind, quirky and funny also! She more than exceeded my expectations, she went above and beyond! YCCOM Elizabeth! You can count on Elizabeth thats for sure! Their responses were consistently very positive about this make and model. No one had a negative thing to say. A member of my family had purchased and leased cars from Honda Cars of Bellevue and recommended that I talk with Rob Rodriguez, the Sales Manager. Rob subsequently lined me up with Tony Sorensen, their sales consultant. Walking in, I knew exactly what I wanted, right down to the color and approximate price. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly and I felt that I was being treated fairly. I did not feel pressured and overall I was comfortable with the interactions. The whole process went smoothly and took very little time. In the end, I was very satisfied with the agreed upon price. Tony Hill, the dealership's finance professional, handled the final paperwork. He too was easy to work with and we got through that process quickly as well. When I picked up the new car, Tony Sorensen spent as much time as needed in answering my questions about the specifics of operating the car. Car shopping usually is very stressful for me, but this was my best experience so far. More
