Robert had placed an ad on craigslist.org for our van, we liked it so we gave him a call. There was no answer so we left a message and he was very quick about getting back with us. We started out telling him that we were cash buyers and would not be financing. We told him our budget and that we weren't going to be talked into a higher dollar car, so not to waste his time and ours. He was very respectful and understanding and stuck to our price range when other salesmen at other dealerships always ended up trying to talk us into spending more. There was no pressure in his sales. He understood that we were on a budget and looking to get the most for our money and he made sure that we got the best deal possible.
