Robert had placed an ad on craigslist.org for our van, we liked it so we gave him a call. There was no answer so we left a message and he was very quick about getting back with us. We started out telling him that we were cash buyers and would not be financing. We told him our budget and that we weren't going to be talked into a higher dollar car, so not to waste his time and ours. He was very respectful and understanding and stuck to our price range when other salesmen at other dealerships always ended up trying to talk us into spending more. There was no pressure in his sales. He understood that we were on a budget and looking to get the most for our money and he made sure that we got the best deal possible. This past round of service for an oil change, tire rotation, fixing a small air leak on one of the tires and a front end alignment was completed in a timely fashion, there were some delays due to issues that were found on the minivan but the service advisor Jack kept me informed. The service department is clean, they have a great waiting room, I love how the vehicle gets a courtesy car wash. Honda has excellent vehicles, and the Honda Cars of Bellevue strives to maintain an excellence in the service provided to customers.
