The other dealers were slower in their responses and did not provide much information. When we entered the dealership, we were met by Tony in sales who arranged a test drive of the exact car we wanted. After evaluating our trade, an extremely competitive price was offered and that was that! I never felt as if I were being "sold" a car, only that I went in to "purchase" the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price. They were busy in the finance office so we arranged to come in at a time more convenient. Upon arrival, we worked with Tony in finance, whom we had used before, and filled out the paperwork. No hard sales; no push to buy the most expensive extended coverage plan; just pertinent information. Overall a pleasant experience from all involved.
