We could not believe how informative Terri was and how informative she was with all the details. Teri explained throughly the contract and also informed us about the extended warranties. I worked with Kevin over the phone on the used car lot for a 2003 Chrysler Van they had for sale on eBay for $4k. I noticed that one of the front tires of the van was really worn on the side so I decided for a 2003 Chrysler Van they had for sale on eBay for $4k. I noticed that one of the front tires of the van was really worn on the side so I decided to call before placing a bid. I told Kevin I had four kids and that I needed a SAFE vehicle that we could all fit into. I asked Kevin if the van has any issues or has been in any accidents and he said he pulled the CarFax report and said there has been no accidents and only two owners. I said I noticed that one of the front tires looked really worn and it appeared to be out of alignment. Kevin assured me that the van has been inspected and that it was a very safe vehicle for my family and told me the van was going to auction the next day and asked me to put a deposit down and he would have his mechanic check the alignment. I responded with "so I could drive this van to Florida and back with no problems" and he said absolutely. I gave him $500 with plans to pick it up in five days on a Sunday since I live 200 miles away and work throughout the week. Kevin told me he would not be there on Sunday but would still get credit for the sale since he put me in the system and told me he would text me his personal cell number. A couple of days pass and I never get a text with his number or a call to tell me what his mechanic found out. I decided to call back and left a voice mail about the alignment and decided to ask if the air worked since it did say it had air in the eBay add.With no return call and after a few tries of calling I was able to speak with Kevin again. I asked about the alignment and he said it pulls very hard to the right and that the air does not blow cold and that his manager said they would not fix it. This made me very upset because not only did someone lie to me to sell a car, they lied and put my kids 5 and under in danger. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he would have to call me back because he was taking video of new cars they received. Several hours passed and no call from the manager so I call back demanding a refund since the manager doesn't care enough to return my call. Kevin assured me he would call me right back and 20 minutes later my phone rang with the manager on the other end. Forgive me because I forget the managers name but I went over everything that I typed above and he said he was sorry and said it is basically a cheap vehicle that they were going to take to the auction since it has been on the lot for so long. He declined to repair the vehicle even though I pointed out that something could be wrong with a tie rod or something and could be dangerous for travel. I also told him it would be VERY unsafe for my kids (youngest 2 months) to be in a van with no air when it has been 100+ degrees out. He still would not budge and said he would have to refund my money. I only hope I get my refund but the main issue is they were going to allow me to pick up an unsafe vehicle and travel with my kids. The tire would have probably blown out if it was pulling as bad as Kevin said and the van would have probably flipped. I am just happy that they messed up and posted a picture of a bad tire because that is what started all of my questioning. More

We stopped just because we were current owners of a Honda Accord and we were slightly interested in updating our car. Richard was very pleasant to work with and in no way did he become pushy or overbearing. We are happy with the car and look forward to continuing our service history with this dealership. More
This is our third purchase from Honda Cars of Bellevue, and I would wholeheartedly recommend then to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. We contacted them via the internet (and all the other Honda dealers in the area) and received a prompt, thorough reply from Melissa in internet sales. The other dealers were slower in their responses and did not provide much information. When we entered the dealership, we were met by Tony in sales who arranged a test drive of the exact car we wanted. After evaluating our trade, an extremely competitive price was offered and that was that! I never felt as if I were being "sold" a car, only that I went in to "purchase" the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price. They were busy in the finance office so we arranged to come in at a time more convenient. Upon arrival, we worked with Tony in finance, whom we had used before, and filled out the paperwork. No hard sales; no push to buy the most expensive extended coverage plan; just pertinent information. Overall a pleasant experience from all involved. We also use the service department and have had similar, positive experiences. More

We were only called once during that time to be updated with a new van that had come in to increase our buying options. This was a major reason that we returned here to make our final purchase. With 2 other dealerships I inquired online only and I was called nearly daily to "check-in" or "answer question". This literally drove me away from them. Honda cars of Bellevue walked the perfect line between giving us all the info and then the space to make the decision. More
