This is our third purchase from Honda Cars of Bellevue, and I would wholeheartedly recommend then to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. The other dealers were slower in their responses and did not provide much information. When we entered the dealership, we were met by Tony in sales who arranged a test drive of the exact car we wanted. After evaluating our trade, an extremely competitive price was offered and that was that! I never felt as if I were being "sold" a car, only that I went in to "purchase" the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price. They were busy in the finance office so we arranged to come in at a time more convenient. Upon arrival, we worked with Tony in finance, whom we had used before, and filled out the paperwork. No hard sales; no push to buy the most expensive extended coverage plan; just pertinent information. Overall a pleasant experience from all involved. With 2 other dealerships I inquired online only and I was called nearly daily to "check-in" or "answer question". This literally drove me away from them. We had been car shopping for a while and found this dealership to be the BEST PLACE to stop - we should have gone here first- and not have wasted so much time at other dealerships. We found Jose Cruz to be very friendly and listened to what we wanted and we were able to drive away in the perfect vehicle for our family of five. Jose took the time to search the inventory and what features we wanted and didn't want - in the vehicle we decided on, he went through all the features in and out for us. Tony Hill was our finance manager, we ended up financing through Honda because of the great incentives, he made financing our vehicle simple and quick. Tony found a payment to fit our budget. We will look forward to stopping here in the future when our daughter's need vehicles or we need to replace our second vehicle. Besides the GREAT selection of inventory, there customer service is #1.
