My recent experience at Honda Cars of Bellevue was one of the best experiences I've had in car buying. I walked into the dealership, and from the first handshake to the sign of the loan, I felt like I was t the best experiences I've had in car buying. I walked into the dealership, and from the first handshake to the sign of the loan, I felt like I was treated with honesty, true integrity and respected as a consumer. Even the negotiation process was low-stress! At other dealerships, as I was looking to purchase a 12' Civic, I felt like a piece of steak in a sea of sharks. The lack of integrity in dealing with customers at other dealerships, with an emphasis on sophmoric "image" is sad in today's day and age. At HCoB, the time was taken to make sure I understood every aspect of my car, and how to find answers should I need them in the future. Example: I needed a bottle of touch-up paint. Instead of just being sold a bottle of paint - the parts tech actually took the time to show me how to use it. I've been using touch up paint for 30 years, and learned a new technique! I believe everyone in this dealership goes the extra mile to help earn the "President's Award", and this emphasis on customer service, not just the bottom line is evident and refreshing. Both salesmen (Jose and Isaac) were very personable and patient. Tony Hill, who did the financing for us, was phenomenal. He went the "extra mile" to give advice to a couple brand new to this area. Several days after purchasing our new car, the AC went out. Luckily, the car was within the 60 day warranty. We expected to have to leave the car for a few days, but were pleasantly surprised when we got a phone call the same day that it was ready to be picked up! If shopping for a car in this area, we highly recommend this dealership. More

When we were in our initial shopping phase, we stopped at Honda Cars of Bellevue and received wonderful customer service. Following that, we stopped at a second dealership just down the road to continue shopping and were pressured to provide our personal information to start the loan application before being able to walk the lot to see what was available. In half an hour at Honda Cars of Bellevue, we got to see four different cars . In two hours down the road, we got to see two cars and deflected a lot of personal questions. Honda Cars of Bellevue is a great experience overall. I cannot think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. I've been involved with six vehicle purchases from them. The customer service is the best, sale cannot think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. I've been involved with six vehicle purchases from them. The customer service is the best, sales personnel are friendly and willing to negotiate. The friendliness of all personnel there is better than any other dealer I have visited. It is quite a distance from my home to HCB so having my cars serviced there is somewhat difficult, but I am very pleased with the service when I do. I recently purchased a new vehicle from HCB and the car was in perfect condition on pick up. It is apparent that there are well understood business practices and processes there. One thing I really like about HCB over other dealers is that they put sales prices on the vehicle windshields, this is a big plus for me. Most dealers do not, even when advertising a 'sale.' I state all this in confidence because though we (my family) have purchased six vehicles from HCB each time we shopped at other dealers as well. We end up buying from HCB because of the price, personnel and overall pleasant experience. In fact, on my most recent purchase, due to the circumstances I had to pick up my vehicle late in the evening. The sales and finance staff went over the final paperwork and went over the basics on the operations of the vehicle, service, etc... When we finished and I drove off, it was then that I realized it was after closing time, but, I could not tell at all from any HCB team member any urgency to wrap up the deal and get out of there.
