A year ago I wanted to buy a car but only had a small amount of cash. i researched vehicles online and had called a couple of dealers asking about cars I had found. Most of them said they couldn't work amount of cash. i researched vehicles online and had called a couple of dealers asking about cars I had found. Most of them said they couldn't work with the amount that I had and suggested I use it as a down payment, which was not what I wanted to do. I found a vehicle online and decided to stop in to the dealership and ask about it. Tony was the first person who approached us and he was very helpful in giving us the entire history of the vehicle, repairs done, etc. As I said before I was paying cash and only wanted to spend a certain amount. I was so worried about spending the money and getting a lemon but Tony was right on the money. We love our car and have taken it to the dealer that was familiar with the car and they have even told us we got a great car that was well taken care of and was in wonderful shape. Exactly what Tony had told us about the car. We again are looking for a second car and I will be calling Tony to be on the look out for "the perfect storm". Nice to see there is a salesman who is willing to go the extra mile for a customer that may not have a million dollars to spend but gives you customer service like you do. More

I was looking for a quality used vehicle, and got tired of fighting with local dealers who only wanted to sell me a car they had on their lot (that didn't match my list or price range!). I sent them an email with a couple questions, and within a hour on a weekend, had an email response from Lucy. She put me in touch with Tony, who found out the answers I needed, and didn't hassle me with pushy sales tactics. After looking at other options, I decided to drive the 3 hours to the dealership, and after test-driving the vehicle, worked with Elizabeth and Tari on trading in my old car and purchasing the new. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and honest. When I asked a question they didn't know the answer to, they weren't afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out." I have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and they will be getting my business in the future. More
