When we walked in we were greeted by Jose, who was polite and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingnes and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingness to help. We were questioning what existing Toyota warranty was on the car and Jose did not have that info available. The next day he called me to let me know he contacted Toyota and got the info we wanted. I would definitely buy from Jose again! We had already worked out financing with our bank and pretty much finished up the agreement to buy the car. I appreciated Tari's call to say that she knew I had a good rate from my bank but she wanted to see if she could get something better...AND SHE DID!!! It was a great experience from start to finish I would suggest that anyone in the area who is looking for a car should at least stop by Honda Cars of Bellevue and see what they can do. I think you would be pleasantly surprised like we were. Thanks! Greg More

Tony was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in purchasing. He was able to provide details and information about the car's "ins and outs" that helped my husband and I decide that the interested in purchasing. As a first time car buyer, Karim went above and beyond customer service. He took care of my family and I every step of the way. He was very easy to talk to. He was all ears and always listened to what we customer service. He took care of my family and I every step of the way. He was very easy to talk to. He was all ears and always listened to what we wanted. He showed different options in cars, pushed for us to make the deal work. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He did an excellent job. Kristen and Gil were such a great help as well when it came to signing all the paper works. Again, easy to talk to, answered all the questions we had and explain every thing we were signing.
