When we walked in we were greeted by Jose, who was polite and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingnes and friendly. He was genuine and interested in helping us find the best option for our needs. We did not feel any sales pressure, only a willingness to help. We were questioning what existing Toyota warranty was on the car and Jose did not have that info available. The next day he called me to let me know he contacted Toyota and got the info we wanted. I would definitely buy from Jose again! We had already worked out financing with our bank and pretty much finished up the agreement to buy the car. I appreciated Tari's call to say that she knew I had a good rate from my bank but she wanted to see if she could get something better...AND SHE DID!!! It was a great experience from start to finish I would suggest that anyone in the area who is looking for a car should at least stop by Honda Cars of Bellevue and see what they can do.
