Honda Cars of Bellevue

I went to Honda of Bellevue to check out used cars, primarily a Mazda 3 hatchback. I met with Clinton and another team member (can't recall the other guys name). I wasn't expecting to get a car that day, but was impressed with the car I tested out and happy to work with the employees. The process took a while (4-5 hours) but I think that's pretty typically from test driving, negotiation, budgeting, and signing paperwork. The only thing that was somewhat dissatisfying was the pricing/negotiation. They stay pretty hard to their numbers, and got me a deal on the warranty (supposedly), but not really on the car itself. I was also told the warranty was totally comprehensive, and the only available package they had for a 3 year deal, to later find out after paperwork there were many other options for the warranty (but perhaps Honda of Bellevue itself only does this one option?). We had purchased two Honda automobiles previously from another dealership. For some reason, it was impossible to deal with them this time. We had never been to Honda Cars of Bellevue before so we did no another dealership. For some reason, it was impossible to deal with them this time. We had never been to Honda Cars of Bellevue before so we did not know what to expect when we walked in a couple months ago. We were greeted very enthusiastically by Faiz Nasulloev, he was very helpful when we told him what we were looking for. We explained we would not be able to buy for a couple of months, expecting him to become a lot less helpful and enthused at that point. We were pleasantly surprised when he continued to be very friendly and helpful. He emailed us once after that and phoned once, but didn't put any pressure on us. When we returned on July 9, we asked for him and we were very surprised to find that he remembered us by name and asked about my health problem which I had mentioned earlier. It was more like getting together with an old friend than being with a salesman. He was very attentive to our desires and was very helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price. We returned on July 11, completed the deal and drove home in our new CR-V. We couldn't be happier with our time at your dealership and we will be seeing you again in the future. It was so much fun, we almost want to buy another new vehicle again next week. Almost, but not quite. All in all it was a great experience and rest assured we will recommend you to our friends. We plan on visiting Faiz and his family in the near future, grilling some porkchops and staying with them for a month or so. More
