As far as we can tell, Tony is a man of integrity, and that is very important in today's world of auto sales. The reason we did not rate the overall experience a "5" was because of a mistake with our title. Instead of admitting the mistake upfront and apologizing for it, someone tried to hide it by saying our check took a long time to clear. We could see by our account this was not true, as our check cleared within 24 hours. Mistakes happen; we're all human, but we don't appreciate someone trying to cover it up. Employees in accounting were responsible for this, and none of this had anything to do with Tony. We do NOT blame Tony nor hold him accountable for this mistake. More

Hi my name is cassandra and me and my husband was looking to get financed a car so we would have a reliable car for our two special needs children and so we could build my credit we went to six diff dealersh to get financed a car so we would have a reliable car for our two special needs children and so we could build my credit we went to six diff dealerships and we got turned down I even had money to put down and I had a good co signer but it didn't matter my husband was so mad he told me to just go to a buy here pay here but I said I called honda cars and bellevue and talked to a lady named cheryl and she took my info and said she would see what she could do 15 mins later she called me and said we were approved my credit score was 4 something and she got us in a 2011 honda civic with less then 30, 000 mls on it and with a 4.5 interest rate also she gave us a bumber to bumber warrenty and a 100, 000 powertrain warrenty and more so when me and my husband got there we was greated by cheryl and our sales guy andrew very polite guy he took great care of us and helped us and just made us feel welcomed so I would totaly recomend this dealer ship and if you do go there tell them you want to speak to andrew and cheryl cause they will go above and beyond for you More

I had an excellent experience with Andrew, he had worked with me for 6 month prior to the purchase. I had recently moved and needed to get my other Honda that remained across the country to upgrade. He kept in touch with me periodically and made sure I knew the latest selection of vehicles that they had available, which I found very helpful. He also answered numerous questions that I had far previous to the purchase. When I decided it was time I called him and he accommodated me and made sure he had a decent block of time to work with me. I felt that I pressed him relatively hard on the purchase and he was always fair. The only time during the purchase that I didn't enjoy was when it appeared we were set and another sales rep(who seemed as if he was a manager) came over and started really wheeling and dealing and putting on the pressure. Andrew was patient and not pushy with me. fortunately the sale occurred , but only due to the trusting relationship I had with Andrew. it did appear that the other salesman was given far greater latitude to bargain, but pushed. When I asked Andrew if that was a manger he told me no, I became irritated when another salesman tried to hijack his sale. I appreciated Andrews demeanor and personality and would absolutely purchase another vehicle from him anytime. for Andrew's sake I hope he got credit for the sale and not someone who slipped in trying to speed up a deal.
