shopping for new car with Andrew! I have been looking at buying a new Crosstour for a few months, my CRV was close to 100,000 .. . Normally i dread buying a new vehicle because you don't always get a sales rep that actually acts like they truly care about you and not just the sale. Andrew made the whole experience awesome! He made the entire transaction pleasant and explained everything without making it feel stressful. Best Experience I cannot say enough good things about Honda Cars of Bellevue and the staff that I worked with. I was looking to get out of a pretty nasty loan on a ve I cannot say enough good things about Honda Cars of Bellevue and the staff that I worked with. I was looking to get out of a pretty nasty loan on a vehicle I purchased a year and a half prior, and it seemed that I was going to be stuck. I realized buying or leasing new was going to be my best bet to get out of my predicament, and I knew just what I wanted. I went in to Honda that night, and Steve and David were incredibly helpful, and actually listened to what I wanted in a car and what I needed out of financing. Since it was too late in the evening to complete the deal with the bank, I was told the business manager, Tari, would call me the next day. When she called and let me know that the original deal we had agreed upon wouldn't work for the bank, she immediately offered an alternative. Not 10 minutes after I agreed to it she called me back with numbers on that deal, and told me that, if I wanted, she would have the paperwork ready when I got off work. I was able to go in and sign the papers and pick up my car within just a few hours of that phone call. Tari and David explained the contract and the vehicle in detail and made sure I actually understood what I needed to understand. Tari even helped me with the documents needed to cancel my GAP insurance and Extended Warranty on my previous vehicle so I could receive the refunds to which I am entitled. I am so relieved to be out of the situation I was in and into the car I've wanted for years. Steve, David, and Tari made it possible, and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue to anyone, any time. More
