They gave me a quote and since I didn't have time to fix it that day I scheduled the fix at our next oil change. They called me to tell me it wasn't the hose at all and by tightening a valve last time there was no longer a leak. The repair would have cost me $150 and I would have never known the difference. I appreciate their honesty. More

On the contrary, this experience was so positive. Andrew was the employee who greeted me initially and showed me the car I was interested in. His knowledge of the car was very helpful, especially since it is not exactly a simple piece of machinery.
