After messing around with less than the best I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey at Honda Cars of Bellevue. My salesman was Kevin Maun. I had a trade in. I did Internet research before I went to the show room. I contacted the dealer before I went to the show room via the web site for the dealership. The reply from my initial web site inquiry was nearly immediate. There was no hype, just an offer of assistance. The reply email included the name of the salesperson assigned to my inquiry. I used email to set up and appointment. There again, the reply to my request was nearly immediate. The show room was spotless. All the vehicles were in pristine condition. When I walked in the door it took less than 30 seconds for my salesman to greet me. In his had was a list of vehicles in stock specific to my inquiry. Kevin did everything right. There was no baloney. He knew all about the vehicle and was able to show me every feature. Kevin was pleasant and professional. I am convinced he acted as my advocate in negotiations with the dealership management. We made a deal and I'm happy. The finance department was spot on. Here again, no baloney. Total businesslike professionalism with a ready answer to ALL of my questions. Whether I agreed to purchase add on services or declined, there was no pressure - just a businesslike response. I am very impressed. I am very reassured. At this point, I highly recommend the dealership to anyone wanting a top-tier experience as you search for and select a vehicle. This is my first Honda car. Based on the purchase experience, I expect to be very happy with my choice. More

I was recently in a hit and run car accident and my 2008 Honda Accord (which I owned and had new tires) was totaled. The decision to look for another Honda was simple but where to find one? The previous Honda dealership was pushy, rude, and adamant that we purchase GAP insurance. That was a horrible experience that I was not looking to go through again. After countless hours of searching, my husband found a pre-owned 2009 Honda Accord advertised at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Using the the email option to correspond with a sales person; Nolan was lucky enough to work with us :) His follow up was not pushy or annoying. Customer Service also followed up with us to ensure that Nolan had made contact. Each time we arrived at Honda (4 times in all), Nolan and Tony greeted us by name. Both were always friendly and never pushy. Although we tried to negotiate any even lower price that what we finally agreed on, we did feel they offered us a fair price. Tari completed the sale with the paperwork and explained our warranty options in a polite, pressure free manner. Overall, purchasing a car at Honda cars of Bellevue was an extremely enjoyable experience. All Honda dealerships are not the same. Not all Honda dealerships are the same. If you are looking for vehicle I would recommend Nolan, Tony and Tari at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Worth the drive! More

This was the last stop and the dealership where we purchased our car. Chris Youngblood was a true gentleman, treated us with respect and worked well with us in settling in on a price. Always respectful, he patiently explained all the features of the car we purchased. The finance person was also friendly, professional and kind. She presented all the extra warranties and other options available, but without making it an uncomfortable process. Buying a new car will never be our favorite past time, but Bellevue made it as enjoyable as it could be. More
A Service Center That I Can Trust The last time I took my Odyssey in for an oil change they noticed a power steering leak and thought that a hose needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote and since I didn't have time to fix it that day I scheduled the fix at our next oil change. They called me to tell me it wasn't the hose at all and by tightening a valve last time there was no longer a leak. The repair would have cost me $150 and I would have never known the difference. I appreciate their honesty. More
