I spent a lot of time researching the kind of car I wanted--- I have not purchased a car for twelve years and was, honestly, dreading the experience. I spent a lot of time researching the kind of car I wanted--- I created a list of about six vehicles and whittled it down to two after visiting about four dealerships and looking at the cars personally. Between the Toyota and Honda dealerships, the way I was talked to and treated was HANDS-DOWN better at both Honda dealerships (Superior Honda & Honda Cars of Bellevue), which brought me to my final decision to buy new or used. After more research, I test drove a 2013 Honda Pilot. Nolan, the salesman, was patient (I had my kids with me), professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle of interest. We negotiated my trade-in and his colleague Cheryl and I negotiated the interest rate to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured or talked down to (which is a pet-peeve to me). I am an educated and detail-oriented person; I expect in making a big purchase to be able to ask questions and to be treated with respect. This experience met my high expectations. It was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership to others because of my experience. More

I had not purchased a car in 10 years and at that time I purchased privately so this time around I was really dreading finding a dealership let alone I had not purchased a car in 10 years and at that time I purchased privately so this time around I was really dreading finding a dealership let alone a vehicle which I felt comfortable with, I first got on line and searched the ratings of different dealerships and then i started to work actually looking for my vehicle. I wanted something a couple of years old to replace my 1999 Jeep, I found a beautiful 2012 Honda Crosstour at Honda Cars of Bellevue and their dealership ratings were impressive. I printed off my paperwork and after work the next day I started on my adventure. I can't tell you how nice everyone was, Tom met me at the door and took care of me until he handed me off to Tari, they were both very helpful, no pressure and worked to get me into my new Honda Crosstour! Thank you! I can hardly wait to hit the highway! More

We had a short time to buy and very specific criteria so many car dealerships did not have what we needed. On this day, Honda Cars of Bellevue was our second visit and we quickly drove through the lot before seeing the Crosstour. It was a beauty but I didn't want to feel pressured so we left and went to three other dealerships before finally returning. Right away, Greg greeted us and got right down to business. He was very kind and we eventually found out that we have mutual connections in the local music scene. It was definitely not a quick process but when Cheryl stepped in to find us the best financing...the time just flew by. She is very knowledgeable and helped us find a great deal through Honda. Once again, it was a GREAT car buying experience!!! More

After int I am commenting on our first experience with Honda Cars of Bellevue. We recently purchased a 2006 Pilot elsewhere which needed maintenance. After interviewing other service facilities, we talked with Rick (service manager) who convinced us to bring the car into Bellevue. Pat Brook in service patiently listened to our issues and explained in detail, with confidence our options for the repair. Overall it was a good experience and plan to bring all our Honda cars there for service in the near future. Also the charges were in-line compared to other repair facilities. More

Honda Cars of Bellevue was the closest Honda dealer to our condo, so we headed there. Kevin was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We had a ton of questions since we had never leased an automobile before and the new Honda Accord came with so many bells and whistles as standard features. Tari was friendly and helpful when it came to the financial side of things. Both employees made everything very easy to understand so we knew exactly what we were getting. More
