I was a bit nervous that I might be sweet talked into a deal I couldn't really afford, but that did not happen. Nolan was very open, honest, and straightforward with me concerning the two models I wanted to try, giving me all the necessary information to weigh in during my decision making process. In the end, I chose my new Honda Fit, and I couldn't be more happy with it, and I would send everyone I know who is interested in a Honda straight to that man for their purchase. More

After agreeing to purchase the vehicle I was extremely annoyed that the sales rep didn't have the time to go over the features of the vehicle that I had just purchased as he was too busy helping a customer that was considering a purchase. I had an appointment to purchase the vehicle, so it wasn't a matter of him not knowing that I was going to be there. Two salesman got credit for the sale and I had to watch the two of them struggle as to who was going to help me and go over the vehicle with me. If it wasn't for Cheryl Oxner stepping in and discussing it with the Sales Manager (Brian Kelly), I'd probably still be sitting there and waiting. David Quach did end up giving me a brief overview of the vehicle after a considerable wait and suggest that I come back if I had any questions. Withing a couple of days I had an extended driving trip to Colorado and spent a good deal of the drive trying to figure the car out. Again, annoyed !! Suggesting that a customer return to have questions answered rather than taking the time to do it right the first time is a BAD idea. We don't have time to just drive over to Bellevue for something that should have been handled earlier. Of the whole experience, the two people who most stood out were Cheryl Oxner and a service manager who stopped by to visit (Rick Unger). They were very professional. The sales reps were likeable, but very unprofessional in the end. The next day I was driving by the dealership and stopped by the service center about the fact that the engine coolant reservoir was low - he looked at it and said, "it's right at the minimum; it's fine." This vehicle was supposed to have this huge 150 point inspection - apparently "the minimum" is fine with them. Makes you wonder. More

Faizullo made it quick and easy and left us feeling that we had gotten a good deal and so had Bellevue Toyota. I like win-win situations. I told Faizullo at one point that I was ready to buy an Accord, but I was going home to enter the model details in the USAA new-car purchase application, but Faizullo offered to key in the details if I would just log into my USAA account; so I did, and he did, and soon my wife and I were signing the deal. We returned the next day with checkbook, and finalized the deal. We took a 4 day trip to Arkansas with our brand new Accord. Now we have over 1500 miles on it and are super pleased. More

After weeks of negotiations with staff at O'Danials Honda, no return calls, and lack of service, we started hunting around for another vehicle. After driving through Honda Cars of Bellevue twice and not finding what was listed on their website, I got ahold of Kevin who not only found the vehicle in 5 minutes but set up a time to look at it the next afternoon. Kevin also was kind enough to read us the car fax which kept us out of a vehicle that we wouldn't buy knowing what had happened to it. Instead we purchased a new vehicle and did so within 4 hours. Thanks for saving me weeks of issues, phone calls, and poor service. Kevin was very easy to deal with and I would greatly recommend him to friends and family. More

We had stopped at the Honda Car’s of Bellevue last weekend, but wanted to look around and see what similar dealership’s had to offer price wise. We stopped at O’Daniel’s Honda, after spending over an hour at their dealership and trying to buy a Honda CR-V for the price that I was looking to spend. I got so frustrated with their unwillingness to negotiate a fair price. I called Honda Cars of Bellevue back and the next day we met with Kevin to see if they could beat O’Daniel’s best price. We did negotiate what I think was a fair price and less than what O’Daniel’s had quoted. I can't thank Kevin enough for a wonderful experience. More

David offered to pick me up, which was a "God sent" since I live in LaVista. We had many discussions per email, but when he offered a ride I was sold. He knows his product and his explanations and hands on instructions were outstanding. David was very kind and very patient. I highly recommend David and I am still very pleased with the Honda Dealership in Bellevue and all their staff. My CRV was washed and detailed beautifully....thank you! More

Someone to trust I recently had aproblem with my Honda. When I called and spoke with Todd and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it on down and they will I recently had aproblem with my Honda. I took it to them and waited for it. Shortly afterwards, Todd came and told me that they fixed the problem. Finally someone to trust and I don't get the run around anymore! Awesome just awesome!! More
