They got back to me and said they wouldn't cover the part because ST&T said it was my fault the part went bad because there was no cover on it, xxx??? They just serviced the car prior to it going bad, if there was anything else I needed done to prevent this from happening I would've had them do it. Not only didn't they tell me I needed a cover, they are very expensive, gave me a xxxx quote, but they also cost me getting a 2 thosand dollar part covered by Honda by blaming me, gtfoh.. There is simply no better Honda dealership in the tri-state area. The Service Department is second to none - if there's something Ed in Service doesn't know about Honda's, it's because they haven't tri-state area.
