I had previously test drove the 2009 Honda Accord and was in the process of working with another dealership in the Atlanta area. My dad (who is in car sales in NJ) and I kept going back and forth over some in the process of working with another dealership in the Atlanta area. This occurred on a Saturday and on the following Monday, my dad called and told me that he had contacted and spoken to Dean Donald at Honda Carland. He explained that Dean and Honda Carland were very professional and were able to answer all of his questions. He recommended that I get the car from Honda Carland. That same day, I contacted Dean and we had arranged for me to come in and pick up the car shortly thereafter. My experience with Dean and Honda Carland has been nothing but a pleasurable one. Right away, Dean was able to email me all of the paperwork that my dad had asked for and he answered every additional question that I had. When I told him that I wanted a silver Accord he informed me that they did not have one. However, a few days later, Dean called and told me that they were able to get a silver Accord for me. I was so pleased that Honda Carland was able to do this. When I had returned my previous vehicle, I did not have any transportation to get to Honda Carland. Dean personally picked me up and drove me to Honda Carland. Once I got there, my paperwork was already prepared and I even received a complimentary car care gift. Once I completed the paperwork with Otto, Dean explained the features on the vehicle. My favorite was and is the GPS system! I also appreciate that Honda Carland provides a car clinic each month for Honda owners so that they can become familiar with the vehicle and the maintenance that is required for the car. It has been 2 weeks since I got my car form Honda Carland and I am very happy. My overall experience with Honda Carland was excellent and recommend Honda Carland to future Honda owners. Then my wife suggested I drive an Accord since I was use to a truck. We test drove a pre-owned V-6 Accord EXL and liked the room and power of this vechile. We decided on the Accord and received at great price form the dealer. My overall experience buying this car as great due to the help we received from Bobbi and Karrie.
