I have always had horrible experiences at dealerships. I went to Honda Carland and had the most awesome experience. It was horribly cold and there was ice on all the cars. No one was overly "helpful", you know the kind that overwhelms you or makes you feel like your a tiny fish in a sea of sharks. The experience was great! My husband's truck finally was having some major mechanical issues and we needed a vehicle for him ASAP. We first went to CarMax, primarily to rid ourselves of the truck once and for all and browse mechanical issues and we needed a vehicle for him ASAP. We test drove one car on the lot that was not very clean and were almost immediately pressured to purchase it and apply for financing. The salesperson also showed us the carfax report on the vehicle that revealed that the vehicle had been in an accident. We immediately decided to go back to Honda Carland where we had purchased a 2005 Honda Accord 10 months earlier. Jeff Greene was our salesperson. He's extremely easy going and pleasure to work with. He definitely made our buying experience a pleasant one. He even emailed us a thank you the very next morning. He helped us with a purchase of a 2006 Acura RSX. The car is in immaculate condition (inside and out), the price was very reasonable, and we bought it that night. We are extremely happy with both of our cars from Honda Carland and the treatment and service that we receive when we do business there. I bought my last Honda at Honda Carland in 1998. I was already planning on going back to Honda Carland to shop for my new Honda, however, a friend referred me specifically to Bobbi Patterson. She was very friendly and found out what I was looking for and what my price range was. We located a car that I really liked and took a test drive. Then the sales manager David Smith worked out the numbers for me and I told them I would come back the next day to finalize the deal. They were very willing to accomodate my schedule and everything went perfectly. I got what I wanted for my trade-in also. Bobbi called me a few days later to check on me and see how I was enjoying my new car. I love it! I would definitely refer her to anyone in the market for a new Honda. More

I went to Honda Carland to purchase a new Honda Civic. Sang Kim was my salesperson, and he was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, he was very approachable, insightful, and knowledgeable. I did not purchase the first day I came in, but after some thought and further negotiation, I came back the next day and bought the car. Sang got me a great end of the month deal and worked with my situation to ensure the price of the car and the financing was what I needed. Karrie, in the finance/business department, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked to get me the numbers I needed and explained everything thoroughly, and in a way that was easy to comprehend. Jason, in finance, was pushy and I felt was saying anything to try and get the sale. I did not like his approach, and was finding it difficult to trust his statements. All in all, my experience was pleasant and left me a satisfied customer. I love my car and would recommend Sang to anyone who needs a Honda. More
