This is my 4th car from Honda Carland and I will continue to come back. Bobbi is a great lady and wonderful sales person. I enjoyed the entire experience with her. I traveled from Macon, Georgia to Roswell, Georgia for the particular car I had in mind. There were several cars I was interested in seeing and test driving in the Atlanta area, but once I test drove this the particular car I had in mind. There were several cars I was interested in seeing and test driving in the Atlanta area, but once I test drove this car (Honda Civic SI) and saw the amount of work and care that the dealership's employees put into it, I didn't see any need to look anywhere else but Honda Carland. Craig Harris was friendly and easy to work with, and was very knowledgeable about the Civic SI. I would not hesitate to recommend Honda Carland to anyone who was interested in buying a quality Honda. I stopped by and Charlie took time to go through his inventory to find exactly what I was looking for. I had done my homework, but still had some details I was unsure about. Charlie took the time to go over all of my questions in detail. The dealing process went very smooth, I knew what I wanted, and felt I got a very fair deal. Charlie was a straight forward salesman, exactly what I enjoy dealing with. While I was in financing, Charlie took the time to transfer everything over from my vehicle, and had it ready for me to drive away so there was no more waiting. He again went over all my questions and I was on my way! If you are shopping for a Honda, I highly recommend Charlie at Honda Carland. Jason set up the financing just as accomodatingly. They got everything in order just the way I wanted, and my daughter came back to Atlanta to pick up her car. She left with a big smile and I got much more than I had hoped for, in terms of value, but more importantly, in terms of service and support form these gentlemen. I would give them the strongest recommendation. If you are looking for a Honda, you won't do better than going to this dealership. I purchased a 2007 Toyota 4Runner from Charlie Soto today. Smart, attentive, and to the point. It's great when a dealer doesn't try to bs you with what's going on. Previous positive Honda service and body shop repairs placed Honda Carland on the list for new car consideration. We received a friendly greeting from Bobbie Patterson upon our arrival. After several minutes of questions and answers, it appeared that the Accord EX-L would be the probable best fit. Bobbie explained every question we had and offered additional information when appropriate on the test drive. We had located this exact car at two other dealerships (one actually closer to our house) but purchased from Bobbie and Gary as I anticipate that the service experienced so far will continue. Paul Vejjajiva was a fabulous salesman. He was informative, polite, patient. but never overbearing. He answered all of our questions promptly. My first visit to Honda Carland was not very pleasant. I felt as I was mislead with a quote that was given to me over the internet vs. what I was presented when I went in to purchase my first Honda. I spoke to Paul over the phone few times however when I went in to test drive in few days later I ended up dealing with another gentleman because Paul was off that day. I ended up leaving the dealership and was very unsatisfied with what they had offered me. At this point I was determined that I could find a better deal elsewhere such as Hennessy Honda Woodstock because I also live in Cherokee county. At this point, I prefer not to discuss anything that went on at Hennessy Honda simply because I have already left them a negative feedback on this website and I can't go on and on.....it will not end. Bottom line I ended up coming back to Honda Carland, dealt with Paul Vejjajiva personally and ended up buying my first Honda. I honestly cannot tell you if I ended up getting the best possible deal I can find in the market however, from what I have seen and heard during 2 weeks of researching for a new car in between Toyota, Nissan and Honda, I would say Paul was the most kind, willing and was easy to work with and if and when I'm in the market for another Honda, I will gladly drive allllllll the way to Alpharetta Hwy to deal with Paul again. Paul is great guy and I recommend him to anyone. More
