Fast Service without Appointment I showed up because my car had not started the previous night. I had no appointment. Seems strange that what I did would drain the battery but I figure if he didn't want to sell me a battery then it must be fine. More

Routine maintenance Service Advisor was customer service friendly. He was welcoming and directed me to the airing area and showed me where the refreshments were located. I had a device with which he communicated the status of my service. It was my first experience with the device and I relaxed knowing that I did not have to look for him for updates. Catie Clark provided excellent service and made the experience a good one. The cost was high but she explained every thing to me and now I feel that my car will last for many more miles. She also took good care of me personally, making sure I could go home to wait for the repairs to be done, and I did leave the car over night. Her efficiency and concern were very much appreciated! Thank you, Hazel Gerber PS I don't know if the pricing was good or bad as I did not get other quotes. Dealerships are often more expensive than other repair shops but sometimes you just want to take your car to them and Honda Carland has always treated me fairly. More
