My family has worked with Charlie in the past and decided to go back to him when I was looking for a new car. After several visits to other dealerships and many e-mail inquiries regarding a new Honda CRV we decided to make a call to Honda Carland hoping for a better experience. My husband had a telephone conversation with Craig Harris and found him to be most gracious and accomodating. He knew that Mr. Harris was someone he wanted to do business with after his call so we set up an appointment to meet with him to discuss our purchase. He was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable without being overbearing and just a real gentleman. It was a pleasure buying a vehicle from him and Honda Carland. They never read my note, and called me the first time when the car was in pieces. 2. Had my car for a week, and never once called me or returned my calls - I had to call them repeatedly. 3. Did not perform the work as instructed - said they realized they didn't have all the parts in hand, so they just put it back together without doing the work I instructed. 4. Service Manager never returned my calls, and I never received a follow up call from Honda. 5. Went to buy an oil filter several months later (they are close by). The Parts department price was 40% over Honda list price. More

After making the deal he turned us over to Jason in Financing who gave us an APR quote two points lower than my Credit Union. It was a very pleasurable car buying experience. More

From the initial contact with Mr. Harris, he answered all of our questions and was persistent on his callbacks. He did an excellent job and was truthful with all the details of the vehicle. I did business with Craig, who was helpful and knowledgeable. The finance guy got me better rate then I expected. I PURCHASED A 07 Z4 FROM HONDA CARLAND, THEY HAD THE COLOR I WANTED WITH LOW MILES. I WANTED TO SEE THE VEHICLE BEFORE I PAID THE FULL PRICE, AND THEY BENT OVER BACKWARD TO SEE THAT THE CAR WAS HELD FOR COLOR I WANTED WITH LOW MILES. I WANTED TO SEE THE VEHICLE BEFORE I PAID THE FULL PRICE, AND THEY BENT OVER BACKWARD TO SEE THAT THE CAR WAS HELD FOR ME TILL I CAME FROM OKLAHOMA TO GET THE CAR. THEY PICKED US UP FROM AIRPORT, AND DROVE US TO THEIR LOT. PAPER WORK WAS SO EASY WITH THEM DOING WHAT EVER THEY COULD TO MAKE IT GO THROUGH, DUE TO MY CREDIT UNION'S RULES. THEY HAVE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ME AFTER I GOT HOME, TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS GOING WELL, INCLUDING SOME PAPER WORK I LEFT WAS OVER NIGHT FOR ME TO HAVE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, CARING PEOPLE. I WOULD PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN, OR RECOMMEND CRAIG HARRIS, OUR SALES PERSON, IF YOU NEED A GOOD VEHICLE.
