Mark Thomas was great to work with. He was friendly and out-going, easy to work with, and not pushy. I have been avoided getting a car for a while simply because I cannot stand dealing with the typical ca out-going, easy to work with, and not pushy. Wish I could have gotten a little more off the price, but it was close enough to call fair. We are not finished with the deal yet, but he promises to make it right and I trust him. Had a great experience at this dealership. I called Mark Thomas on a Sunday afternoon at lunch; met with him within a couple of hours about a used car. There was a tiny scratch on the right side of the car that caught my eye; without hesitation Mark had it fixed. I have been shopping for a Honda for two months, and I drove over an hour to Honda Carland. The great customer service that was provided by Mark and his staff made the hour plus drive well worth the trip. If you are looking for a good dealership, then give Honda Carland a try. Mark went out of his way to help with my purchase of an Element for my daughter's first car for her 16th birthday. Charlie worked with us upon first arrival to the dealership...and there was many. He was not pushy at all, and waited for me to make the decisions, and then he would act on what I wanted. We also had many roadblocks along the way until finally making the deal complete, and he wouldn't stop working for us until we drove away.
