When I test drive a car which I am planning to buy, I want to test drive it. Not just a couple of miles around the block. I drive 30K+ miles each year and I keep a car for at least three years. So when I test a car, it needs to be a long drive on both interstate and in congestion. Chip didn't give me any grief when his test drive was complete and I drove past the dealership and said "let's go see what she does on the highway." Our test drive ate up at the least thirty minutes of his valuable time. His tolerance with my wife and I, paid off for him. In the two weeks leading up to this purchase we visited the better part of thirty dealerships and test drove too many cars and viewed too many miss represented cars. It was nice to actually go to a dealership that was stocked with clean well maintained vehicles. Though it is very rare that I purchase a second car from a previous dealership, I have no problems giving then another try in the future. Thanks for the excellent sales service, Chip… I hope I did not abuse you too much. More
I leased my 2008 Honda Odysee from Honda Carland. Two TPMS - Tire pressure measuring sensors - developed problems according to the dealer. I knew of only one sensor to be bad. Both were replaced and the TPMS - Tire pressure measuring sensors - developed problems according to the dealer. I knew of only one sensor to be bad. Both were replaced and the dealer was able to get Honda of America to do this under warranty. The car had been in service for less than 2 years, but was over the alotted 36,000 miles that Honda normally warrants parts. Good job, service manager. More

I called Mark on Saturday evening and made an appointment for Sunday. When we arrived Mark was ready for us. He showed us the Odysseywe wanted. We brought my 2000 Accord in for the 95000 mile service yesterday morning. While eating breakfast Heather Corsey called us and had to explain to us the fact that we had nearly $3,000.00 worth of repairs o yesterday morning. No way were we thinking that we would even be thinking about buying a car yesterday!!! We made the decision that we did not want to put that much money in that car. Heather recommended that we talk with David and we told him our situation. We just bought a new Accord last year and a used Accord last month for our daughter and we are facing college expenses in the fall. David was great, showing us several used Accords that we could afford and we decided to buy a 2007 Accord that fit our budget. Jonathan Brown did the financig part and the whole experience was professional and no pressure. Normally I would rather have teeth extracted over dealing with buying a car. This was a breeze and I would recommend Honda Carland and David Kellam to my friends. Great experience! More
This is the second car I've bought through Claude at Honda Carland. In both cases, I wanted a model that was difficult to find, and no other dealership would work with me on both finding a car and the Honda Carland. I went to other dealerships first for a test drive, because they had a car more similar to what I wanted. But they were not willing to negotiate with me, since the car was not sitting on their lot. So I went back to Claude, since he had helped me buy my previous Honda under similar circumstances. He located the car I wanted, and we sat down to negotiate. In general, I do not like the car-buying experience. But this was no pressure, and just an effort to see if we could reach a middle ground on the price I could pay, and what they could accept. And we did. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I was very happy with the process. More
