I saw an ad online for the car I was interested in and emailed the dealer. I received a response almost immediately and Mark made it very convenient to get the car. When I got there, I was told that there might be an additional fee for the certification but Mark agreed to waive the fee since it was not mentioned on the site. I worked with Kevin Burklin on a recent purchase and he was nothing but courteous, thoughtful, understanding of what my needs were in a vehicle. He assisted me in the purchase with an ease that I could only wish all purchases (big or small) were like. He took time to spell things out to the "T" when I needed and he really went the distance to relate to me as a family man and a frugal buyer. I can tell you this is the first time I've had such an experience at a car dealership and as a result, I will come back to Honda Carland and more specifically I will be coming back to see Kevin. I give this rating because of the most excellent customer service I recieved from Jesse Ramey. He was very professional without pushing anything extra I did not need. My wife and I were under the gun to buy a truck or SUV since my truck was in a bad accident. We decided to check out Honda Carland Roswell because it was close to home. We were met by a very outgoing super nice gentleman named David Kellam. He showed us around the used car lot and was very knowledgeable on all of the cars. We really did not know what we wanted so we went in with that "just looking attitude". We went left Honda Carland and literally surfed the internet and made dealership stops all around town. Buying a used car is never fun! However, I kept in touch with David for about a week and he would honor any requests I had if I needed text pictures of used cars on his lot or any random info. Finally a week after looking for a safe family car David called me and said I will text you a picture of a used Ridgeline that just arrived. After all of his information we decided to head back to Honda Carland and check out a the Ridgeline. It was getting late and my patients were running thin with myself since I was not sure what we wanted to buy. We then noticed a 2010 Honda Pilot in the back lot and asked if we could sit in it even though we were not looking for a new car. I always prefer to buy used. David explained all the options and features of this new Pilot and educated us on the Carland dealership financing / rewards program and of course the amazing Honda warranty. We decided to drive it and we loved it. Sold!! Thanks David for being so helpful and having so much patients with my wife and I. You made 2 very frustrated buyers very very happy and went way beyond the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of after hours. Your detail shop also did a beautiful job prepping the car and your finance manger was a joy to work with! You all at Carland were so friendly to work with and you will now have customers and fans for life. I applaud you. We will be back and will recommend you and your dealership to all of our friends when we hear someone is in the market for a new or used car,truck or SUV. Mark displayed excellent knowledge and outstanding customer service not only in dealing with the sale of the car but education and service following the sale. Mark helped coordinate the surprise that included having the car in the showroom - decorated with a bow, ribbons and balloons and took the time to fully brief us on the special features of the Honda Insight Hybrid and how to properly care for the car. When I went in to the dealership, he was extremely professional and friendly. He was ready at our scheduled appointment time and took the time to listen to the various reasons that I was searching for a new car; as well as the specifics I wanted out of this purchase. He was VERY thorough in walking me through all the details of the automobile before, during and after the test drive. He worked hard to meet my financial targets on the purchase and was open and honest. Lastly, I was impressed with the look of the dealership as a whole. Very clean, and the entire team seemed extremely friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend the dealership and Mark Thomas, specifically. More
