I would like to give a 'shout out' to Kathy Sutton who went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Late one Thursday afternoon,I got in my car to go to a Weekend Conference in Stone Mountain. I had to went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Late one Thursday afternoon,I got in my car to go to a Weekend Conference in Stone Mountain. I had to be there before 6:30 pm. I put the key in the ignition, and my 100 month battery....with only 39 months on it...was dead...with no advanced warning.I called Honda Carland in a panic...fearing that both the Service and Parts Departments were about to close. Kathy assured me she would get me a battery. She, then, sent someone over to my house to jump me off!.... and in record time! When I got to Honda Carland, she had left for the day, but Keith Burrell got me in and out of there in another record setting time.I was on the road to my Conference by 6:00. Truly impressive! Kathy could have just told me to get Road Service....and they would do what they could for me on Friday....but, no, she stayed with me...worked with me...until I was well on my way to a 'life-saving' solution...even though it was close to quitting time for her. We located the dealership and their inventory of used Pilots on the internet. We could not find enough of a selection to look at locally in the Warner Robins - Macon area. I was most appreciative of the finance Zurick department folks for securing a great interest rate even lower than the great rate I secured in advance.
