Originally came to the dealership and worked with Gordon Kelly to purchase a used Ridgeline and was treated very well, no pressure and lots of help answering questions. The used Ridgeline was sold the morning I came in to purchase it and I worked with Rich Trupia who showed me new several Ridgelines and ended up getting me a great deal. Both Rich and Gordon were excellent to work with and I really appreciated the buying environment. As I was waiting on my new Ridgeline to be prepared, Rich provided all the details about the vehicle and services available at the dealership. I was introduced to the sales manager and others and felt good about buying my car at Honda Carland. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new Honda and am feel confident they will be there to support my needs. Would definately recommend this dealership. More

Mark was great to work with - had lots of information and researched it when he didn't. The website was accurate and easy to use. It was easy to make initial contact via IM for quick response. Dealer matched lowest "Out the door internet price quote" offered by other local dealers. Test drove the car, went in to sign paperwork and confirmed the price quote. During signing, found out dealer changed offered by other local dealers. Test drove the car, went in to sign paperwork and confirmed the price quote. During signing, found out dealer changed price to match only the car price, not matching the other dealer fees, etc. In other words, dealer did not match the "out the door price" after he said he would. Price is what brought us there and they changed the price after saying they would match it! Very disappointing! Left it up to us to catch this price change when salesman should have. Also found out the car had over 200 miles on it which was not disclosed during the test drive but only after most of the paperwork was done. Why not be upfront about that? Most new cars on lot had very few miles. Again, very disappointing! One salesman was lax and did not care to lower the MSRP any appreciable amount. The sale was not that important to him. Too bad for the dealer. Great car, but in hind sight, would not trust Honda Carland to be as upfront and honest about important facts as they should be. Would not recommend this dealer! Buyer Beware! More

Working with Mark was a very pleasant experience. First the internet, then phone and finally going in to test drive a new Honda Fit Sport. He never made me feel pressured or in a hurry and he took a lot of time explaining everything about the car. He even invited me to call him at any time if I had further questions. He even took me out to the service department & introduced me to Kathy who graciously explained the procedures there. This also helped me feel that my new car and I would always be taken care of with the utmost care and attention. Honda Carland and Darryl Skinner were pleasant to work with during our purchase period. Overall they had a great selection of cars in great shape. We asked that one little mark be removed and they worked their magic and it was gone. So if you've read this far, I'll tell you more...Carland was our first stop on this journey. We did not NEED a car, just ready to get rid of our '99 with 140K miles. We then went to four or five other dealers and ended up back at Carland. Next time we'll only shop at one place for a Honda - Honda Carland. We'll also ask for Darryl. So great experience. More
