He immediately gave me his best price on a new Honda CR-V with the features I desired, which, incidentally, was very similar to email very promptly. Mark followed up his email with a phone call. He was helpful and friendly without being pushy. Mark helped me with financing at the dealership. He helped me get an exceptional interest rate. The CR-V I wanted was brought to the Roswell dealership quickly, I went by with my check in the amount we had agreed upon, and drove my new car home. No surprises. Bought a used Scion with a 90 day warranty. Noticed an engine noise and took the car back to the dealership for repair. I was given at least 3 different stories about what was wrong with the car, from no engine noise and took the car back to the dealership for repair. I was given at least 3 different stories about what was wrong with the car, from normal engine vibration to ac system belt vibration which is normal.. I took the car to get a second and third opinion and the water pump was to be replaced. People at this dealershipt demonstrated how much they care about keeping a loyal customer that had been servicing cars here for at least 10 years.. now I see their true colors when it's the time for them to take responsibility for selling a car in sub-standard condition. Shame on these people. Never will do business with them again.. More

After having a rather poor experience with another dealership, I was considering simply fixing the broken transmission on my current car. My boyfriend convinced me to just try one more place and we we dealership, I was considering simply fixing the broken transmission on my current car. My boyfriend convinced me to just try one more place and we went to Honda Carland. We were met at the door by Chan. He was absolutely wonderful. I knew exactly what I wanted and done a lot of internet research on the 2010 CR-V EX-L with Nav and Opal Sage exterior. We had already test drove the car at the previous dealer and just wanted a straight up answer on pricing and financing. After 15 minutes with Chan, I had a much better offer than the previous dealership where I had spent three hours the day before. We left and went to lunch to discuss whether to go back to the previous dealer with our offer from Chan (they had the exact vehicle in stock) or head back to Chan. We rather easily decided it was best to wait another day or two for Honda Carland to get the car in and purchase the car from Chan. The day I was to pick up my new car, I received a phone call from the previous dealership offering me $500 below my current offer and an even lower finance rate just to come back and purchase the car from there. I explained to then that Chan's honesty and friendly assistance was worth the additional $500. I went back to Honda Carland that evening and purchased my new car. As an additional note. The first dealership jerked me around in finance. Honda Carland immediately offered me the best rate available, explaining all additional options but not pushing anything on me. I have already told my friends and family that if ever they are in the market for a Honda, see Chan at Honda Carland... it really is the Honda of Honda Dealers!! More
