I purchased a 2007 Honda Element over the Internet. The sale was delayed because of the Honda brake recall, so the dealer had the vehicle fixed and ready when I arrived to take delivery. I have called four times and sen tan email regarding several issues. One response was not helpful and the J. Boland was apethetic and denied I had left a message on his voice mail yet the front desk pe several issues. One response was not helpful and the J. Called and left a message for Rich and the dealer owner. Have records to prove the calls were made. Also left a email for R Trupia with no response. At this point I would like to return the car because they have no customer service. Call Honda Finance and corporate customer service to register a compliant. Will get a lawyer next. This is being sent 4/12/10 before the thirty day mark. More
