I had a fantastic experience at Honda Carland buying my new 2010 Odyssey. Tim Bragassa was very helpful during the process. He not only showed me new cars, but also the great used inventory. Tim understood my needs/price range and created a great experience for the 3 or so hours I worked with him on the lot. Once we had gone over all the features and perks that come with the newer vehicle, I chose to go with the 2010 model. Tim completed the paperwork in a timely manner and sent me down to finance. This is an area I usually try to avoid in car dealerships, but Honda Carland got it right on this one, too. I met with Jonathan to finalize the deal and had all the information presented to me in a no-pressure way to make my decision. Following finance, Tim brought around my new car and spent another 30 minutes showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Honda Carland to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. This was the best experience I've had buying a car. Everyone at Honda Carland was friendly and easy to work with and didn't put any pressure on us to make a quick decision. In the past when I've purchased a car the salesman have been fairly easy to work with, but then when I've gotten to the finance and payment part I've had two bad experiences with the finance manager being pushy with warranties and I have even been lied to about certain things with payment info and how much an extended warranty really covers. The finance guy (I can't remember his name) at Honda Carland was very friendly and not pushy at all and didn't pressure me into taking any extra warranties. More

Granted you had the best car at the best price, I felt comfortable with my interaction and his professionalism. For me buying a car is a stressful transaction, but one I had to make. The no pressure attitude and attentive nature was very well recieved. I have to say the whole experience was made easy by Craig and Syd. Although my friends at the other dealerships are questioning my decision, I feel I have established a relationship with Craig and your dealership that will encourage me to recommend to others who are looking.
