Steven Bryars excelled at resolving my service concerns I was very unhappy when I walked into the Service Department. Five dash board warning lights on my 2018 Honda Accord came on the day before. While t I was very unhappy when I walked into the Service Department. Five dash board warning lights on my 2018 Honda Accord came on the day before. While the warning lights were on, some items did not work correctly, if at all. It was an unusual problem because the warning lights and unusual car behavior disappeared after about an hour. I only had photos of the warning lights and my descriptions of the "symptoms" as evidence. Steven Bryars' response was exceptional. He had the head mechanic (Gary) come out to talk with me about the warning lights and the car's behavior. The service team was able to diagnose the problem and order a Body Control Module that same day so the car was ready the next day. Steven made sure I had a loaner car and assured me the the repair was covered under the new car warranty. Steven kept me informed throughout the entire process and managed to turn a potentially negative experience into a very positive experience. Steven exceeded my expectations! More
