I was looking for a new car and got my quotes over the Internet. Although Craig's quote was not the lowest, he was willing to work with me on price and met the pricing that I wanted. By the time I was ready to leave with my new car, I was relaxed and feeling that I had been nervous for no reason. I did not get any pressure from Craig to buy now. He let me come to my own decision in my own time. Even after I had paid for the new Civic, he did not rush me out the door to take care of another customer. He spent time going over the car, the paperwork, and answering any lingering questions that I had. Mike Hearing did an excellent job getting us the car we wanted for a price we could afford. He was very professional and helpful. Even though this was a used car, the dealership replaced the tail light for no charge. This was my second car purchase at Honda Carland.
