I had a great experience with Craig. We had emailed & chatted on the phone prior to my coming in and were set on a price. I indeed traded in my old odyssey for the new one. I was given a very fair price on my trade in. Craig was very informative about all of the new controls and navigation system in the new odyssey. He made sure I knew how to run all of the gadgets before I pulled away. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Craig and they rest of the Honda Carland staff I encountered. And, most importantly, there were absolutely NO surprises before, during, or after the papers were signed. That is worth its weight in gold. I was shopping for a new mini-van for my wife. Bob Newsome (salesman) and Reza Moshiri (general manager) were great to work with. In general, I don't trust sales people, but I trust Bob. I will go out of my way to recommend Bob to friends/family because I think he would treat them better than anyone else would. Honda Carland has great prices, and the after-sales experience seems to be over the top. More
