Being a girl, I hate car shopping because I feel like most salesman think that "young" girls do not know what they are doing and try to "rip" you off. But, I just had the best experience purchasing my Honda Accord from Craig Harris. I did not get there until late that afternoon and he was so patient with me being (45 min. late due to getting lost). He was not pushy and pretty much cut to the chase which I absolutely LOVED!!! I was not there in no time and walked out with my new car. Craig was very honest, and did what he could to satisfy me!!! I was very impressed with him. Out of the past three cars I have purchased, Craig has made this the BEST experience I have ever had!!! Honda Carland of Roswell, should be very blessed to have a dependable and trusting salesman like Craig Harris!!! I will definitley refer anyone who is wanting a Honda to go see Craig. Before visiting Honda Carland, I went to Curry Honda and was told that the particular car I was wanting to buy (a white 2010 Insight) was not in stock and it would cost me 200 dollars for them to deliver on was told that the particular car I was wanting to buy (a white 2010 Insight) was not in stock and it would cost me 200 dollars for them to deliver one from another dealer. I decided to stop by Carland to see if they had one in stock, which they did, and the gentleman that helped me, Paul Vejjajiva, was so kind and helpful right from the beginning. I never expected to have the kind of warmth and actual helpfulness from a car salesperson, rather I expected the pushy service you dread when buying a car. I felt so lucky to be dealing with Paul at this dealership, and he did everything he could to put me in the car I wanted. He worked very hard to get down to the price I was willing to pay, and never once was pushy or difficult to deal with. After I bought the car I had to have it delivered to my home because I only had a learner's permit at the time and was by myself at the dealership...Paul actually offered to drive me back to my home as I only live a short distance from the dealership and had walked there. He didn't think twice about doing anything he could to help me, even though I am a total stranger to him. After the new car was delivered to my home, he also offered to stop back by and show me any of the special features on the hybrid that may not be intuitive. I feel very fortunate to have met Paul and have recommended him to everyone I have told about my new car. His way of service is how service should be done...period. More

I have to say leasing my new fit at carland was a rather pleasant experience. I wasn't bombarded by sales staff the instant I walked on the lot, there was no high pressure sales pitch, and I feel like I go pleasant experience. Mark was very easy to work with, we simply called in and asked if they had the car in stock we were looking for. He gave us a simple honest answer and said they did not have the base model in but he could have one there in the afternoon for us. In the end we opted to get a model up however it was reassuring to know that before we even walked in the dealership he was being honest with us and not trying to simply get us in the door without even having the car we wanted. We will return to this dealership in the future next time we replace a car. More

I was pleased with my recent experience at Honda Carland. I was in and out of the dealership fairly quickly compared to previous car purchase experiences. I wanted three Honda Accords (wife, son and daughter) on a particular date, WITH NO HASSLES, after I gave my requirement parameters, which were duly accepted. Two weeks later, my family and I arrived at Ho a particular date, WITH NO HASSLES, after I gave my requirement parameters, which were duly accepted. One hour later after all the paper work was completed and a thorough explanation given, my family drove off in their new cars and I in mine, which will also be replaced with another Honda later this year.
