Mark was incredible. When i came in he wasnt obnoxious like lots of sales people i have come in contact with. He wanted me to leave with the car I wanted at a price i could afford. We had an overall good purchasing experience. We had all of the information on the car. The price was given to us before coming. The only thing that I might change is that there was a small dent in the pass of the information on the car. The price was given to us before coming. Everything was great except price given on this used car over the phone had to be renegotiated when I came in to purchase. Not a lot of money involved but was an annoyance. Both of these are on the "150 point inspection"... Now David Kellam and Honda Carland is giving me the run around. Stay away from this dealer! More
