We told Craig what we where looking for and the color, so when we got to the dealership the car that we ev recommended Craig to many of our friends. This car is for my wife, so she drove it first. It only took her a few miles to say, this is the one she wanted. I later asked her why this one, her comment was we that she felt comfortable with not only the car, but with Craig. We had test driven many a car prior to our visit to Honda Carland. The service at Honda Carland was by far the most relaxing and professional. Once we had signed, Craig took us through the service center, where he introduced us to the service people. After quite a bit of research of different SUV models I was interested in, and a fairly good feel for what pricing to expect, I sent an email to Craig Harris at Honda Carland about several cars they advert was interested in, and a fairly good feel for what pricing to expect, I sent an email to Craig Harris at Honda Carland about several cars they advertised on their website that had most of the features I was looking for. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly Craig got back to me, both via email and telephone call, and how professional and gracious he was. We agreed to meet two days later (to match my calendar), at a specific time, and he even sent an email confirming the time the morning of. When I arrived, Craig was ready and waiting, had already pulled info not only on the cars I was originally interested in, but also several similar cars, and offered to get keys for any of them, so I could test drive them. He was extremely patient with my many questions, took a lot of time to explain the various options/features of each car, and encouraged me to take a long test drive, to truly get a feel for the car. He was gracious and very professional throughout the process, and extremely well-informed about the cars. I test-drove four different vehicles. In the end, I made an offer on one of the cars that day, he represented me well with the Sales Management, and I ended up driving the car home that evening. One of the easiest, and most professional car salesman I've ever worked with. He made sure I had all the car manuals and he's called twice after the sale to ensure that we were happy with the car. I would enthusiastically recommend Craig Harris at Honda Carland if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, esp. Honda. This is my fourth Honda (also have purchased four Toyotas, two Mercedes, and a couple other brands - Honda has been the best overall experience and value to date). More

From the moment my husband called Mark Thomas to ask about an internet deal we saw he was helpful courteous and a pleasure to work with. Of course the car drove wonderfully just what we anticipated. We were given the EXACT deal that was listed on the internet with no games at all. We were not first told that we had to pay more and we didn't have to bargain to get the price we wanted! We just got it right out of the shoot.
