This is the seventh automobile that I have purchased from this dealership over the last 20 years. I have always found that the staff is friendly and professional. I was very pleased with my experience at Honda Carland and dealing with Mark Thomas. He did everything he could to ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I dealt with at Honda Carland was very nice and professional. The only thing that bothered me was the car had pin-striping already installed which was not desired and where it was trimmed at door e professional. I always dread buying a car because so many salesmen try to get you to buy something you don’t want and I end up leaving with nothing; however, to my great surprise this was not the case at Honda Carland. I was having trouble deciding what type of vehicle that would fit my family. I was torn between getting a van or a SUV. From the moment I began speaking with Paul Vejjajiva he was attentive and listened to what I was looking for in a car. He spent three days helping me find the perfect vehicle for my family. He even found the color I wanted! Once I found the vehicle I was interested in Paul was able to get me test driving it right away. He even took the time to show me all of the special features. I was also worried about the price and my monthly payments, but thanks to Paul both are within my budget and I now have a great SUV that suits my family. More
