I am a loyal Honda lessee, having leased at least six Hondas from another prominent and more closely situated dealership; never again! I can't believe how enjoyable negotiating my new lease with Wayne and Dawayne was. It seems as though we've known them forever! First of all, our Sales Consultant, Wayne, along with the Sales Manager, Dawayne, stayed beyond normal closing hours to help us. Wayne then went further above-and-beyond by coming in on his off-day to see to our paperwork being finished. And even beyond that, because my 2013 was still in-transit, I was provided with a loaner, AND Wayne delivered my new car to my home, driving nearly 40 miles to do so! I am so grateful to both Wayne and Dawayne for making what previously has been a dreaded ordeal into a truly memorable and fun experience. More
Worst dealership. I will never going to buy anything there. Customer "service"- worst I ever had!!! Sales manager, two sales persons and financial associate- used my acknowledgement ( I never both a new there. Customer "service"- worst I ever had!!! I had deal from Hennessy Honda for the same CRV, guys told me that they will give me $500 less, but finally I paid $700 more. Not a big money, but I hate lie. They smile until you sign contract, then they turn 180 degree. More
I have been looking for a Toyota Solara convertible for several weeks. I found the car on the internet. I called and talked with Craig several times, had him send me a carfax, asked loads of questions, h several weeks. I found the car on the internet. He was very patient and helpful throughout all of this. I made a deposit on the car and a couple of days later, I traveled almost 6 hours to Honda Car Land to purchase this automobile. Craig had everything ready to make the purchase easy and fast. Everyone was very friendly and I was pleased with Craig and the people at Honda Car Land who worked with me to make this purchase. The car is exactly what I had been looking for and I am so happy to finally have found my perfect Big Girl Toy!!! More

I HIGHLY recommend Honda Carland. In fact, this is the second vehicle I have leased from Honda Carland. I worked with both Russ Allen and Charlie Soto in Sales and Leasing. In finance, I worked with Uncle Nester (the name fondly given to him by his co-workers). We began working on price and couldn't come to an agreeable number. However, that did not stop Russ or Charlie from doing their best to make the deal. Less than a week later, we agreed on price. As a single woman, I feel very comfortable that I was not taken advantage of. I did not feel pressured by Sales or Finance. In the end, this is the third Honda I have leased. With the great care I have received, I will definitely be back to Honda Carland. More
The friendliness and helpfulness of our sales associate, Clarence Chueng, was exceptional. He responded to all of my emails and text messages with very prompt and helpful information. I was able to settle on a final price and complete all details before making the 1.5 hour trip from Chattanooga to Atlanta to pick up my car. Once we arrived, Clarence allowed us plenty of time to make a thorough inspection of the vehicle. I never felt pressured and was given plenty of time to think through all the things that come with making a big purchase. The car was exactly as described and I am very happy with my decision to do business with Carland Honda. This was unlike any experience I have had with previous car dealerships. I will definitely consider Carland Honda when I make my next vehicle purchase. More
We had an appointment to get our Element fixed for a recall notice. After sitting there waiting for 2 hours, they came and told me they would not be able to fix it today. Why have an appointment if it recall notice. After sitting there waiting for 2 hours, they came and told me they would not be able to fix it today. Why have an appointment if it does not matter? They disregard customers time and wants. To sit there for 2 hours believing that my car was being fixed and to find out they were doing nothing was a huge slap in the face. I don't even want these turds to work on my car for free. More

After finding the exact vehicle we wanted @ Honda Carland, our salesperson, Ron Sanders, was very patient in working with us to ensure that we were getting the car we wanted at the right price with the proper financing and trade-in values in place. I really appreciate all he did and would recommend Honda Carland to anyone in the market for a new vehicle More
My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Odyssey on Sunday 6/10/12. Russ Allen was our sales associate and was fantastic in working with us and also dealing with my wife who can be at times a salesman's nigh 6/10/12. We were very pleased with our purchase and arranged a time later that week for a few paint chips to be touched up. What really drove me to write this review is that today (6/13/12) I was not available to go with my wife to have the care touched up. I called Russ Allen to let him know she was on her way and even though he was scheduled to be in later today, he made arrangements with Zach (sorry don't know the last name) to take care of her until Russ arrived. I just heard from my wife that she was greeted by two gentleman (one of them being Zach) that opened her doors for her and assisted her with our two small children inside. We had purchased a sun visor for the sun roof from the parts dept and it had already came in. Someone noticed my wife wrestling with the visor and the two kids as she was bringing it home for me to install. The gentleman stopped her and said. "You don't need to be carrying that" and then handed it to a salesman and told him to have it installed on our van while it was being serviced. I can't tell you how much this means to me since I was not able to be there to assist my wife. The care and courtesy that Russ Allen and Zach gave to my wife and children means the most. I will certainly be singing their praises to any of my friends looking for a new or used vehicle in the future. More

He showed empathy for our situation, took responsibility for the problem, and resolved our issue promptly, professionally, and with sincere courtesy. Our extended warranty was fully refunded. In addition, he compensated us for our time and inconvenience by providing us with a new extended warranty at no additional charge. He gave us a written and signed agreement to reassure us that our new car purchase is covered. This gave us peace of mind and we will continue to have all our vehicles service by Honda Carland. We will certainly continue to do business with Honda Carland as long as they have managers like Tony, who is willing to be an advocate for the customer, treat us fairly, and provide an excellent customer experience. Had the worst customer service issue with this dealership. 1st the dealership incorrectly stated the Buyer Order sales tax: $1,899.64 - after 'all parties signed it' and I put down a $500 deposit, when I closed the deal, the Buyer Order sales tax changed to $1,992.33. My wife & I did not complain. I also purchase a extended warranty at $2,200 with no deductible. Got my contact & warranty in the mail a week later. Saw the warranty had a $100 deductible. Talk to finance mgr: Jason Boland. He admitted to mistake & said he take care of it. Got new warranty in mail and price changed to $2,393. Finally I called back ask them to cancel my warranty as I no longer had any confidence in dealership. I have not heard back from dealership on their mistake. I had to contact Honda Corporate office to open a case#N010012-05-180-0061 to engage dealership & also a formal Better Business Bureau Compliant was filed. Waiting for follow-up from dealership to resolve their mistake. I am absolutely surprise by the lack of response by this dealership, especially since this is my 2nd car I have purchase with them. Will never do business with them again! More
