Purchasing my new car from Honda Carland was an absolute extraordinary experience!!! I originally was supposed to work with another salesman, but when I arrived to the dealership, he was working with anoth extraordinary experience!!! I am more than pleased with the customer service I received from Mr. Steven Fisher. I originally went there with the intent to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Honda, but I ended up purchasing a new Honda Civic, because it was a better deal. Mr. Fisher was more than helpful: He showed me all of the certified pre-owned vehicles, including the ones that just arrived and had not yet been inspected, just so that I could get a wide scope of what was available before I made my final decision. We took two test drives, and by the time everything was wrapped up, he had spent a total of four hours with me, and gave superior customer service the entire time. Mr. Fisher is an honest salesman, who really has your best interest in mind, and a true gentleman! I definitely recommend anyone in the Atlanta, GA area, and its surrounding cities, who is interested in purchasing a Honda, visit Honda Carland and work with Mr. Fisher. More

They bonus the sales People for Writing Fake Reviews on Dealer Rater or Getting the customer to give them Kudos on here do they are not on the level. I had a sales person tell me to finance the car and then pay it off thru Capital One because they can make money off the Bank but are charged back once you pay it off early. I was not comfortable with that and really not comfortable with Jason the sales manager. This use to be a good dealer I heard that it was not the same place they were right. The sale management team is very caustic and belligerent the sales people are dressed in rags. I did not see any one from a few years ago when I bought my last car. I did not buy here because of Jason I have bought a few cars here but no more I went to Mall of Georgia in out no Drama Nice people. More
I was shopping for 2013 Honda Accord LX, but there is only one dealer in Montgomery Alabama so I decided to try the internet to get a better price. I picked zip code 30019 since my daughter in-law and gr only one dealer in Montgomery Alabama so I decided to try the internet to get a better price. I picked zip code 30019 since my daughter in-law and grandson live in Dacula GA. I received a quote in less than a hour from Anthony Renda Honda Carland in Roswell. I received three-four more quotes and phone calls from other dealers, but Honda Carland had the best price. I went back to my local dealer to see if he could get close to the Carland price, but the local dealer didn’t move from his previous best price. I email Anthony back at Honda Carland to see if he had the color I wanted, Modern Steel, he did not have the color but he said he could get the color from a sister dealership. I got Anthony to resend the quote with a grand total with any fees, taxes and whatever else. It was a good price so I decide to buy the Accord. I called Anthony and he said he had to be sure he could get the car from his sister dealer and have it ready, since it is a 200 mile three hour drive from Montgomery to Roswell. In an half hour he called back and said he could have the car ready by the time I got there, but splash guards were already installed on car. The price increase a bit over $100, but the splash guards were okay by me. My wife and I left Montgomery and arrived at 3:30 and the car was ready. Anthony was very nice and took us on a test drive. We finance the car and after the purchase was finished Anthony showed us the car features and set up the Bluetooth for us. The whole process went very well and took two hours. Price was $1,181.44 less than local dealer and got splash guards and pin strips to boot. Very happy and I got 42 mpg, per car’s computer, on the 200 mile trip home driving between 60-65mph. More
I have a lot of experience in buying cars and I'm normally prepared for some pressurized sales tactics, listening to straight-up lies and seeing a complete lack of car knowledge in sales personnel. But I was thoroughly impressed by Clarence Cheung of Honda Carland Internet Sales department. He promptly replied to my emails, listened to my requests and offered me several car-purchasing options. He took me for a couple of test drives and answered my questions along the way. He also did some research on my behalf in terms of financing even though he knew that I wasn't yet ready to purchase right now. So I'm very much inclined to buy from Honda Carland later this year when I will be ready to purchase a new Honda. Besides, Honda Carland works with TrueCar and CarWoo where they are leading in terms of pricing around Atlanta Metro for the cars I was interested in, so I can be pretty sure that I will be getting a good deal if I buy from them. More
Craig and Clarence helped me with the whole deal. I wasnt planning on getting one, but was in the facility trying to get my old car serviced. Ron tried to tell me that 'this car has mud guards' and wanted to charge me more. I told him he could keep them & honor the price we had agreed upon via email (more than once) about 15 min later he tried to hustle me for $300.00 more than the agreed upon price. He then wanted me to pay for the options we included in the agreed upon price I had in the emails. Ron said that his manager was out that day and this was another guy... Then he said 'that was the deal last month' and we were still in the same month. He went back to see what he could do. I left 15 min later... Still never heard back from him... Classic 'Bait and switch' that gives car dealers a bad name Totally disappointed. I will not buy from Honda Carland because of his action. More

Steven was very helpful and let us test drive the new 2013 Accord and made sure to explain all the features of the car to us. He also gave us a fair trade-in quote for our used Honda Accord. Steven is very polite and professional and doesn't play any games which is really refreshing in a sales associate. Steven asked us what we needed from him in terms of making a deal and we told him and he got it done. No games.. no xx. He is a straight shooter and likes to get right down to business so as not to waste any of your time or his. Steven did exactly what we needed him to do and sold us an Accord with a payment plan that we could afford. Steven is the best car sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He takes his time to answer all of your questions and make sure you are comfortable and happy with your decision and your purchase. He goes the extra mile and it shows. He made sure to take care of all the little discrepancies that we found wrong with the new Accord (mainly the bad window tint job and a mark on the side door) before we entered into the deal. He was super accommodating and we were able to take our new Accord back to the shop within a few days of our purchasing it so that we could have the window tinting redone to our satisfaction free of charge. Like I said before, Steven Fisher is a professional, no xx kind of guy and will do whatever it takes to make you happy and earn your business and your trust. If you ever go to Honda Carland in Roswell, GA be sure to ask for Steven Fisher, you won't regret it. More
