During my visit I planned on looking at a used lexus that I was eyeballing. I spoke to craig and we made my trip there happen. Due to a few reasons with my trade in instead I ended buying a new car. Needed to buy a van. Looked around a lot. Honda Odyssey was the van of choice. But couldn't find a good price for the new 2013 ones. Used ones with low mileage were hard to find. Finally, while almost giving up, found couple of 2012 Honda Odyssey with low mileage at Honda Carland, Alpharetta, GA. Went in on Sunday. It was father's day so they were not as busy. Ron Sanders was my agent. Very cordial and nice guy. Showed my the 2012 cars. But the price was a little beyond my budget. George Foster the internet manager came in and looked at my numbers. He said I was better off buying a new Odyssey. With the incentives and low interest rates for new cars, my new car cost was actually same, if not lower, than the used ones. I had shopped around a bit and knew that it was a good price. Closed the deal in an hour and was out of the dealership in 2 and half (paper works mainly). No dilly dallying, no crazy bargaining, no nickel and diming. I was hoping for at least one year of free service and oil change. Didn't get it. But otherwise everything was just the way I wanted it to be. Drove my car back home. My whole family loves it and so far I am happy. I usually don't write reviews unless I am not very happy or very unhappy. In this case, I was very happy. More

I first started looking on the internet for Honda dealers. I found Honda Carland, and went thru their ads for used cars, I found 3 that suited me and gave the dealership a call. I was directed to Paul Watts in used cars and he helped me with facts about the cars I had picked out. My husband and I decided that since Paul had taken our call and worked with us we would drive to Roswell Georgia to see him. It took us 2 hrs by car to get there(since we had only been thru Atlanta Once 4 yrs ago.) Paul greeted us upon arrival, and after we sat and talked a few minutes. we started looking at the cars I had picked out the night before. I fell in love with my little 2010 Accord LX, and she was a beauty from the start! Mr Watts spent quite a while with us, and then we took a lunch break and came back with our decision. The Accord was what I fell in love with and could afford without breaking the bank! Paul handled everything for us and we then met with the finance manager, and proceeded to fill out all the necessary paperwork for the purchase of the car. We are satisfied, and were handled so politely and given the time to make our decision without being or feeling rushed.
