The Manager, Harry Singh, made a fair offer on my worthless Altima, sight unseen. I felt trusted. Honda Carland took the confusion and stress from the beginning of my day and provided a reasonable deal and harmony by the end of the day. The comfort that Honda Carland provided by including the Carland Certified Used Car warranty, at no additional cost, really gave me confidence in the used Honda Accord that I purchased. Outstanding customer service! On a Friday, my Honda Accord would not turn over in my garage. I had it towed to Honda Carland(the only place I go for service). I waited a couple o On a Friday, my Honda Accord would not turn over in my garage. I had it towed to Honda Carland(the only place I go for service). I waited a couple of hours for them to fix it, found out it had to do with starter relay. Alex Martin was my main contact at this time. I paid my bill and left the service center and stopped by Lowe's off Winward Parkway to buy flowers. Around 6:30 (the service center closes at 7:00pm)I get back in my car to go home, when my car will not start. I call the service center in a panic and reach Patricia Cunningham. I told her I just left there and was stuck at Lowe's. Her outstanding customer service abilities calmed me quickly and said she would have the shuttle pick me up and a tow truck would get my car, plus give me a car to get home in, not to worry they would take care of everything. I wait for about 30 minutes and Bruce, the shuttle driver appears. This man was so nice and understanding, he even placed all my purchased flowers from Lowe's into the van. He drops me off at the service center, then proceeds to transfer all my flowers once again into the loaner car, while Patricia took care of all the details. She told me all would be ok, take the loaner car until they had figured out the problem. Honda's towing service picked up my car the next day and towed it to the station. Alex kept me informed of the status of my car, and one week later, I turn in the loaner because my 2000 Accord is fixed. I have serviced my Honda at this location for 13 years and have had nothing but perfect service. From the team out front to the crew of technicians in the garage, this is one A+ service center. Everyone is so nice, and truly want to do a great job for the customer. All went above and beyond!! More
