Don't believe a word they say! I've taken my vehicle here several times for assorted services ( oil change, recall, etc,..) and every time I receive a diagnosis with something that I've taken my vehicle here several times for assorted services ( oil change, recall, etc,..) and every time I receive a diagnosis with something that is in need of repair, each and every time I never follow through and then on return for random service I get a complete diagnosis again with something new and no reference to the past work that was "supposedly" in need of repair. Upon one of these visits I was called and told my battery was in need of replacement, so I agreed to replacement based on there great warranty of 100 month or 8-year replacement guarantee. Well low and behold one year later my battery dies, I can't even jump start car it's so dead. I call Carland to find out what to do and was told that I have to bring in car for them to check it, so of course I question how is that possible if I can't even get it out of my garage and I was told to have it towed and that if it was the battery I would be reimbursed, Great- I think. So imagine my surprise when I find out that said tow is only covered when I use one specific towing company. I was not told this on the initial call only after fact. I paid way more for this battery than I would anywhere else all for this service and I'm ending up paying more than if I would of paid for just a battery at auto zone. They are so full of BS. Unreliable! Way to go Carland, you just lost yourself a returning customer not only for service but also for purchase since I'm right around the corner from buying a new vehicle. Love my car, hate Carland! More

Don't Finance with Honda! We bought a Honda CRV in May 2014. We got a great deal, and considered financing through Honda. The finance reps (Chelbie Sinclair and Rick Howard) We bought a Honda CRV in May 2014. We got a great deal, and considered financing through Honda. The finance reps (Chelbie Sinclair and Rick Howard) were very friendly, until we told them that we were considering an alternate source of funds. Honda could not beat the rate we received from the alternate source. From then on, Honda's finance team became very unprofessional. They tied up our paperwork, which delayed our tag by several weeks, even though we paid them in full within a week of meeting with them. Life's too short to deal with people like these. More

GO SEE RYAN!!!! I initially went into the dealership to go look at used vehicles and Ryan was my sales associate. I told him how much money I had for my down payment and how much my car payments needed to be. He helped me get exactly what I wanted plus a brand new car! He was very nice and worked with me to ensure I go the most reliable, gas savvy vehicle on the lot, 2014 Honda Civic. He's very funny and entertaining and kept the long process very fun. I am a senior in college and this is my 2nd car, but first brand new car and he made this experience awesome. I'm very happy he was my sals man! My daughter, a masters student at Auburn University, was in a very serious car accident with her 2003 Honda CRV - the car did a 360 roll into an embankment due to road conditions and was deemed a total loss but she walked away with just a few bruises and soreness. She insisted on buying another Honda CRV because she felt very strongly that hers saved her life. She is a very meticulous shopper and scoured the websites, called dealerships, etc. until she found the 2005 CRV at Honda Carland in Roswell, GA. We called and spoke with salesperson Ryan Walcott who answered all of our questions and met us after our 2+ hour drive from Auburn. He was very professional while being personable, answered more questions, we test drove the vehicle but did not complete the purchase that day. We called the next day and told him she wanted the car and we would be driving from Auburn with a short window to pickup the car and make it back for her to teach that afternoon. When we arrived, Ryan had the vehicle parked out front freshly cleaned and the paperwork ready, Jennifer was their to answer insurance questions, Joseph answered finance questions but she made a cash purchase and Larry handled all of the final paperwork - we were driving away with the new vehicle within an hour. The entire team was very helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We will recommend Honda Carland to our family and friends. More
