We negotiated just once on the price and when I asked him to give us his absolute lowest price he did. But best of all was that he was not pushy at all and was willing to accommodate all our requirements. He was very different (in a very good way) from a lot of other car salesman we've had to deal with in the past. The only negative was that Michael introduced us to one of his sales managers who was an exact caricature of the typical car salesman. But it was a very brief encounter and the next time I was there I met another manager who followed Michael's cue. We narrowed our search down to 2 cars and actually liked the Mazda 6 a little bit more, but the price and the pleasant experience with Michael helped tip things in the Accord's favor. So will definitely recommend Michael and Honda of Carland. More

Craig kept me from defecting to Toyota I was ready to switch to a Toyota Sienna, due to lease payment quotes from two other Honda dealers. However, I received a courtesy email from Craig regarding my lease expiration and decided to call them to verify they were also outside our desired payments. We spoke to Craig and Ryan (?) and although there was a little confusion about the payment amount when we arrived, to our surprise they ended up meeting our requirements. This is the second time I have worked with Craig and he is always attentive, pleasant, and patient with my questions and helping with any new functionality the car has. He works hard to make sure the dealership has tried everything they can to get you in your desired car. Joseph in Finance was also very nice and patient with my many questions. More
