I called in advanced to make sure all my financing and interest rates were acceptable before walking in the door. I wanted to make sure that the cost/payments were in line with what I wanted to pay. I was introduced to Ryan and he took great care of me. He listened to all must haves and desires for a new car. He REALLY actually listened and did not try to put me in something just to make a sale. He patiently explained and demonstrated the options that were available on the vehicle, and answered EVERY question that I had.
