I came in on a Sunday which he said would be best and we picked out the 2018 Odyssey that we wanted. Because I used USAA, the price was already ironed out and most of my paperwork was pretty easy. I had my USAA pre-printed check from their website so I was in the business office fro only 10-15 mins tying up loose ends. Jessica and Jeff in the finance office was great too!! I know everyone experience is different, but my time at Carland was exactly what Tarik said it was going to be. When you go, ask for Tarik!! More
Thank You so Much My mom and and I went to look at the new Honda HR-V and had no intentions or plans on buying. She had a 2013, Honda Civic Coupe that she purchased from HondaCarland, 3 years ago and wanted to trade it in for a smaller SUV. The sales associate she purchased her car from was no longer there which disappointed my mom. Andre made it clear he would take care of us and he truly did. We were not planning on buying and were just looking but after the attention we were given it was a no-brainer to purchase the same day. HondaCarland was great and now I will be trading my 2011 CR-V for a new one and can't wait to deal with Andre. Great customer service and I will be back this month for my new CR-V. THANK YOU SO MUCH HONDACARLAND. More
Calling them skeezy would be the nice word to use Inquired about a new CRV. I'm a current CRV owner, but really like the new redesign. Unbeknown to my salesman, Andre, I recently finished out a five year stint in the car business before deciding to go back to school. So I know all the games and tricks. Problem one started when the first thing out of Andre's mouth was, "I'm the highest grossing salesman at this dealership." Yeah, not a good way to start off. After choosing the one I was interested in, he does a vehicle appraisal. Considering my past in the industry, I already knew what my current vehicle was worth. He came back, hit me at A little under MSRP and tries to hold 5k on my trade, meaning that their valuation of what my trade is worth is less than what the actual trade in value is for it. Long story short. Sneaky games and lack of genuine concern for customer service is what had me thank him for his time and leave the dealership. Asking him to. It contact me anymore. Being a young female on my own, and the obvious game he tried to play on me speaks measures about how this dealership operates. No conscience at all, only trying to make a buck. No concern for customer loyalty. Avoid at all costs. More

After test drive, we liked the car but needed to discuss the engine light and also asked for a couple hundred off to get it to market value. Manager said they'll knock off the price but not fix check engine light or fix the light any no discount. I said that we need the check engine light to be off for a passed e-check which they claimed that I was wrong, but after researching, you indeed, do fail an e-check immediately with the check engine. Horrible service from the manager, walked out on our dream car strictly based on his actions and demeanor. More

No respect for customers and keep spamming/calling me This dealership is representative of all that is wrong with the car business. I made the mistake of giving them my contact information several years This dealership is representative of all that is wrong with the car business. I made the mistake of giving them my contact information several years ago when I was car shopping. They've spent the years since spamming me to no end and calling my cell phone often enough that I had to block their number. They've ignored all requests to stop, and are in violation of the FCC spam regulations. I've reported them and will be seeing to it they are prosecuted for ignoring my dozens of requests to be removed from their contact lists. Take your business elsewhere if you value respect and privacy. More

I like to notify never take your car to this dealership , unless you want to get your car mess up more, Mechanic at this dealership don't know anythin I like to notify never take your car to this dealership , unless you want to get your car mess up more, Mechanic at this dealership don't know anything about cars, we gave them our car Honda Odyssey 2010 for cylinder miss firing which Honda had a recall on, when i got there they said they can fix that plus i need new front tires & need to get staring wheel fixed costed me all most $1000 , when i got my car back air condition stopped working & staring wheel still not fixed. when i went back to them supervisor first said , when they picked up engine might had hit condenser, now he said it was leaking before i gave it to them & they want $800 to put new condenser, which is there fault. first thing it was not leaking, i never had cold air problem. i paid them to fix staring wheel now they said it needs new pump. I tried & left message to General Manager he never call or came out of his office to resolve this matter. More
Honda Carland pathetic service Beware of this Honda Carland Dealer Service. I went to this dealership on dated (05/20/2017) for regular service of my 2013 Honda accord LX. When I Beware of this Honda Carland Dealer Service. I went to this dealership on dated (05/20/2017) for regular service of my 2013 Honda accord LX. When I took the car after service I felt sluggish start and that time I overlooked as I was in hurry and return to home. On the same day when I again start my car in evening it didn't start , also I tried jump start nothing worked. On Monday (05/23/2017) when I towed my vehicle over there they said my starter gone only my car runs 39320. I have never faced starting issue before and how come starter issue arise on a sudden after service even if they have checked my car before service , everything was fine. As I know starter is mechanical with electrical circuit connection and if starter gives problem it should report earlier starting problem which has never happened before, only I faced jump start in 2016 November and I changed the Battery from same dealer. I showed to other local shop and they said it might happen suddenly due to some short circuit which dealer didn't agree. They are charging 825+ taxes. This is common trend many dealers are doing when they saw your vehicle is out of warranty and they did something which I heard from others. I have decided not to go there again as I don't believe them at all , also they don't have sympathy as they did some wrong as I don't have proof I could not do much but would like to let others known about this issue so that everyone should cautious. How to Lose a Customer for Life, by the Honda Carland GM I took my 2015 CR-V that I purchased from Honda Cartland in for a routine service this morning, and left signing a happy tune. Everyone was friendly, I took my 2015 CR-V that I purchased from Honda Cartland in for a routine service this morning, and left signing a happy tune. Everyone was friendly, and helpful, and I was on my way in less than three hours. I drove from Roswell to Vinings, and stopped to pick-up a quick lunch. When I tried to re-start the car, nothing. A friendly guy offered to jump-start my car, and again nothing. In dismay, I called the dealership and described my problem. I told them I had an extended warranty, and they told me to call 1-866-864-5211 (this is the customer service number for Honda – I did not know that when I called). After 30 frustrating minutes with Honda, I discovered that my warrantee was through a 3rd-party, so I called 1-866-434-4357 (Warranty Solutions Roadside Assistance). The friendly tow-truck driver arrived within the hour, and to my amazement, he was able to jump-start my car. I drove directly to Honda Carland, and told them what had happened, and that I was very frustrated with: 1) the fact that I was directed to call Honda when I have a an extended warranty through a 3rd party; 2) the fact that I had brought a perfectly functioning vehicle in for service in the morning and it wouldn’t start in the afternoon; and 3) the fact that my day was wasted. I was told a few minutes after dropping the car off that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and that I was free to go. I asked that they keep it as long as necessary, and about an hour later they came back and said that my battery had a bad cell, and that it needed to be replaced! This, after being told that my battery was perfect! The Service Advisor did not offer any discount on the battery, so I asked to speak with the Service Manager. He did offer to install the battery for free, and knock $10 off the cost of the battery, to around $105 (Note: I can get a comparable Interstate Battery at CostCo for $73!) I told him he was insulting me, and asked to speak with the GM. The GM told me the same thing, so I told him that he had lost a ten-plus year customer for life, because he would not see my point-of-view. All I wanted was for them to admit that I had been terribly inconvenienced by this, and for my trouble, they could have eaten half of the retail cost of the battery, and charge me, say $60-$70 (less than CostCo’s $73). Unfortunately, the GM and the Parts Manager were jerks about it…their loss. More
