Honda Carland of Roswell service center was excellent The SRS light on my 2002 Odyssey would come on intermittently over a year or so and then stayed on at about 180000 miles. I eventually got tired of lo The SRS light on my 2002 Odyssey would come on intermittently over a year or so and then stayed on at about 180000 miles. I eventually got tired of looking at it and decided to do a bit of Googling. I found that it could be caused by a faulty seat belt component. To my surprised, and to the surprise of one of the newer service advisors at Honda Carland, the seat belt components have a lifetime warranty. Honda Carland ordered a new seat belt buckle after diagnosis and we scheduled an appointment to to have it replaced later that week. Honda Carland provided a free loner minivan while I had the part installed. The SRS light is finally off and now I'm happy. The end. More

Quick and efficient I left my vehicle overnight for servicing. I received a call from John Peterson, the service advisor the following morning around 7:30 am. By early afternoon, I received an email advising me of an inspection of the vehicle and other additional items that were needing to be addressed, and I had an opportunity to decide which things to fix. They also included the price of each item, so I would know what the charge would be up front. I appreciate the quick turnaround and the open and honest communication. Also, the pricing was not overwhelming. I like this service department. More
