service repair I am overall satisfied with my visit. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning and had to call Tuesday afternoon and leave a message to check on i I am overall satisfied with my visit. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning and had to call Tuesday afternoon and leave a message to check on it. I didn't receive a call back and had to call again the following morning only to get a voicemail again. I called right back to get a live person and was told my advisor was with a customer. I left my name and he did call me right back to give me an update. They had to order the part needed and it had come in. He told me they would have the vehicle ready around 3:00. I wasn't called until 6:15 to let me know my car was ready. I wasn't going to be able to pick up that late as I was anticipating an earlier time. The advisor did cover the oil change for me so that was appreciated. I used to do the same job for many years and the only suggestion I would make is a more proactive rather than reactive communication process. I do know it can get VERY crazy in that business and will certainly return for service but just wanted to give food for thought. More
