Scheduled Service I brought in my car for it's 10,000 mile service. I believe my service advisor, David Woods, was the same gentleman that also was who I dealt with at I brought in my car for it's 10,000 mile service. I believe my service advisor, David Woods, was the same gentleman that also was who I dealt with at my 5,000 mile service. As usual, David was great. I have no complaints and the whole experience was fine. I know the "new" service area is temporary during construction & it still is comfortable in available seating, amenities, etc. The one thing I will note is it was a tad bit warm in there, but made it somewhat uncomfortable. Even some of the ladies that work there had fans going at their desks & looked a bit miserable. I get it is probably the limitations of the building, but if this is going to be the location for an extended period of time during construction it may be something to think about as it is hot in Georgia in the summer as you know. While setting up an appointment on-line is easy I do think that it is a bit convoluted as to what "package" to pick. I selected the 10,000 mile tab, but then it asks if you want service package A or B (I believe those were the names). I had no idea what to pick because not sure what is required or done at that specific mileage check-up. Who knows I may have completely missed something, but just a thought. Can't wait to see the new area after it is all completed & I will be back for sure with all my service needs on my Honda! More

Terrible new car purchase experience. Quotes prices which are promptly increased at the dealership through exorbitant doc fees ($900!) and unwanted accessories added by the dealer. They will make you wait for hours as they check to see if they have the vehicle they know they have, find the keys for a test drive, ask you the same questions over and over and over....anything to wear you down so you will just sign up to get it over with and get to leave. Be prepared to waste an entire day so you can pay their prices which they will not negotiate. Carland now has a reputation in the Roswell, GA area as being a dealership that will not sell on price, preferring lots of smiles. More
