i have a few suggestions First of all, when I walked in no one said a thing to me. I stood there waiting for a greeting. Second, my coupon that I brought was not usable because it said synthetic blend, and the man said they don't use a blend. Its all synthetic. Seemed like BS to me. On a good note, I was out in 45 minutes. But this time I noticed I did not get my car washed like normal.
