Connery is the best.. Connery goes the extra step to make sure everything is taken care of. I can't tell you how much I enjoy working with him. Recall and first oil change The recall service took 3 hours to perform - and i had to wait a day to get my vehicle back due to long queue. But carland service gave me pickup and The recall service took 3 hours to perform - and i had to wait a day to get my vehicle back due to long queue. But carland service gave me pickup and drop off option. only suggestion is to provide correct Estimation of Completion time so we expect how much time it takes and be prepared. But the customer service was good and helpful. Explained clearly what had to be done and why it took longer than communicated time. More
