I worked with Steven Bryars for the first time on 09/13/19. I had no appointment and he welcomed me in and took care of what services needed on the 18 CR-V. I needed lof, filter changes, brakes and tires so my wait time was going to be a few hours. He checked on me a few times and kept me updated and before I knew it, it was done! Everyone that works there is great, but I have found my New Preferred Service Advisor Steven! Thanks Steven for making my Friday the 13th a good one! :) -Christina H More

no need to change My mini van did not start so I had to jumped , then I took it to car land to see if need a new battery, but they told me the battery was fine and cabl My mini van did not start so I had to jumped , then I took it to car land to see if need a new battery, but they told me the battery was fine and cable was just little be lose , so they just Tided and give it back with no charge. I’m pretty sure if I took it to regular mechanics they will change the battery without checking and wasted my money and time . Thanks carland More

Instead of making me wait for repairs they provide you a Uber driver to take you home and then Honda Cartland takes very good care of their customers. Instead of making me wait for repairs they provide you a Uber driver to take you home and then, when work completed, they provide Uber to take you back to pick up your car.
