Jay was great! My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I dropped off my car early because I was headed out to lunch. I told him I was worried I wouldn’t make it in My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I dropped off my car early because I was headed out to lunch. I told him I was worried I wouldn’t make it in time to pick up my car before they closed because I had to drive an hour to do a final walk through at my old apartment before I turned in the keys. I asked if there as anyway to get my car in earlier so I could pick it up before going to the apartment. I knew it was a hasstle and a lot to ask but he made it happen and not only that but with a smile on his face! Not only did he make the effort to get my car in earlier but his shift had ended and he made sure he called me before he left so I knew from him it had been done! That’s what I call good customer service! :) Thanks, Jay! Also thank you to the mechanic who got my car done in early and done quickly!
